By now, many of you may have heard or read that the capital bond passed with 60.34% approval. Since bonds require a 60% supermajority to pass, our proposition passed by a narrow margin, about 50 votes.
Our district’s bond was the only bond to pass in Snohomish County. I am very grateful for those of you who voted and encouraged your neighbors and friends to participate in the election. This outcome was a good reminder of the importance of every single vote.
