Potential new industrial warehouse near community garden

A new 55,820 square foot facility will likely be constructed on the corner of 44th Avenue West and 78th Street Southwest later this year. The proposal includes 4 acres of currently vacant and undeveloped land.

The new decade brings more construction to Mukilteo.

A new building will likely begin construction on the corner of 44th Avenue West and 78th Street Southwest in spring of this year, depending on weather and permitting timelines. Greg Nelson submitted applications for a land use permit on behalf of Nelson 43, LLC.

The proposal outlines a plan to construct a single story industrial warehouse building on 4 acres of currently vacant and undeveloped land. The project is valued at $5.2 million.
