Mukilteo aims to have 100% renewable energy by 2045

Council approved a resolution to establish a Climate Action Committee back in April. Since then, committee members have started working towards a goal of 100% renewable energy by 2045 or sooner.

Tim Ellis, chair of the Climate Action Committee, told a parable about a frog at the work session. He said residents need to adapt to climate change findings before it gets worse.
