This month is bittersweet for me. After nearly 17 years, this is my last month as superintendent before Dr. Alison Brynelson steps into the role Jan. 1. She will do a fantastic job and she and I have been working on transition plans the past two months. She is ready to lead the district through the coming years and into the future. I look forward to seeing the great things Dr. Brynelson does and, from the perspective of a community member, where the district goes.
