Early success for Kamiak, Mariner | Boys tennis

The Kamiak and Mariner boys tennis teams both have reasons for optimism this season.

The Knights have started out league play 4-1 and are 7-2 overall.

"We're in good shape," Kamiak coach Jeff Gilbert said, heading into Wednesday's scheduled match against defending league champion Jackson.

The Knights No. 1 and No. 2 singles players – Aaron Lee and Jaedon Tongco likely will be teaming up in doubles for the postseason.
