Mariner’s postseason run was cut short.

Puyallup defeated the Marauders 4-0 in a first-round 4A state boys soccer tournament game Wednesday, May 15, at Sparks Stadium in Puyallup.

The Vikings took a 1-0 lead into halftime and then scored early in the second half. The lead was too much for a tired Mariner squad to overcome.
