Kamiak lacrosse qualifies for playoffs

Kamiak seniors Joe Lee, Jake Rudek, Miles Malkoc, Benny Grayson and Justin Walberg-Smith were honored before the Knights’ final home game of the season Thursday, May 2.

The Kamiak lacrosse team is headed to the playoffs for the first time since 2016.

A 20-4 victory over Archbishop Murphy on Tuesday, April 30, secured the playoff berth for the Knights, who later lost 15-7 to Cascade/Jackson in a nonconference clash on Thursday, May 2, at Kamiak High School.

The Knights (6-2 in the league, 7-4 overall) honored five seniors – Justin Walberg-Smith, Benny Grayson, Joe Lee, Jake Rudek and Miles Malkoc, who were playing their final home game.
