Kamiak hoping competitive fire leads to success | Baseball

When senior Bryce Coté steps out on to the baseball diamond at Kamiak High School he sees a lot of talent on the field.

The Knights have the players they need to be successful.

“This is the most athletic team in my time being here,” Coté said.

“We also have people who are just gifted with baseball. They come in here and they know just something already. It’s just something you can’t teach.”

What the Knights lack is returning much varsity experience. Coté is the only full-time starter back from last year, though senior Alex Ripke and junior Andrew Moore also saw some action...
