Kathleen Neely from Mukilteo NOAA Lab to speak to Mukilteo Historical Society meeting this Thursday

 


Get a glimmer of the workings of the NOAA Mukilteo Research Station from Marine Biologist Kathleen Neely. She has called the lab home for the past 10 years, and will discuss the Field Station's past, current and future projects.

Ms. Neely grew up in the coastal town of Misquamicut, Rhode Island, where she loved "looking for critters in the tide pools."

Kathleen's love of marine life included school jobs such as seal feeder at the Mystic Marinelife Aquarium.
