According to Taylor Knowles of the Mukilteo Multimodal Project, crews for the new ferry terminal project started performing nighttime work to install a stormwater outfall earlier this week.
“This work will take place from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and last approximately six nights between Jan. 29 and Feb. 15,” Knowles said.
According to a release from Washington State Ferries, the city of Mukilteo approved a variance from normal working hours.
The construction will occur to the east of the new terminal, along Mukilteo Lane for the next few weeks.
