Taking her thyme

Sally Osborn of Mukilteo takes a whiff of thyme while picking out fresh herbs Wednesday, June 7, at the Mariner High School Horticulture Club booth during the first Farmers Market of the season at Lighthouse Park.

The Mariner High School Horticulture Club is raising money by selling herb and vegetable starters and potted flowers, starting at $1, during the first three Mukilteo Farmers Markets, including June 14 and June 21.

The club raised $460 on June 7, more than during any of the club's previous appearances at the market.
