Le Bistro provides 'secret place' for lunch | School brief

Last updated 10/27/2016 at Noon

Are you craving a luxurious meal at an affordable price?

You can experience fine dining at Sno-Isle Tech Skill Center’s own Le Bistro, where chefs in training – including students from the Mukilteo School District –create mouthwatering meals.

It's a somewhat secret place in the Mukilteo area to get a four-course meal for $11. Le Bistro is at 9001 Airport Road in Everett.

The students prepare a different soup, special entrée and dessert every day, so that they are constantly learning about new techniques and ingredients.

The restaurant also offers a selection of made-to-order sandwiches, salads and burgers for you to choose from. The students make as much as possible from scratch.

Lunch is served from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. The menu changes daily and reservations are recommended. Meeting space also is available.

Call 425-356-1709 for reservations or take-out orders. For more details, go to
