July 19

Warrant– 10700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that a subject had a felony warrant out of Lewis County. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Theft 2 – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported that four subjects grabbed his wallet from the top of his table, ran to their car, and drove away. The vehicle left eastbound on 88th Street S.W. and was located abandoned a few blocks away. Two of the subjects and some of the contents of the wallet were located. The wallet and about $200 in cash are still missing. The case is under investigation.

Runaway – 200 blk Leslie Ln.

A caller reported her son had run away because he was angry. When officers couldn’t find him, the son was entered into the system as a runaway.

Animal – 8400 blk 54th Ave. W.

An officer responded to a complaint of a barking dog. The case was referred to Animal Control.

Malicious Mischief – 5400 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.

A caller reported a possible attempted burglary at the residence. An officer found that wood trim had been removed.

Violation – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded for a report of a disturbance between a man and woman. They had been arguing, but there was no assault. A no contact order was in place prohibiting the man from having in-person contact with the woman. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Violation – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported Lighthouse Park was closed but that visitors were refusing to leave. An officer talked to several Pokémon Go players. Everyone agreed to leave.

Suspicious – 8000 blk 40th Ave. W

A caller reported that a man had been sitting inside a vehicle for over four hours. He told officers that he had just finished moving property into his storage unit.

Suspicious – 8000 blk Mukilteo Speedway

An officer responded for a report of at least four occupied vehicles parked in one spot. It was a Pokémon hotspot.

Animal – 6600 blk Waterton Cir.

An officer responded to a report of dogs howling inside of a residence. There was no answer at the door, so the officer left a warning notice.

July 20

Suspicious – 9600 blk Harbour Pl.

Officers responded for a report of an unwanted subject who was eating on the patio. The caller requested that officers make him to leave. He was given a ride to find social resources and assistance.

Vehicle Recovery – 900 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

An officer was dispatched for a report of an abandoned vehicle. The vehicle was reported stolen out of Lynnwood. The officer was unable to contact the registered owner, so the vehicle was impounded.

Animal – 5100 blk 99th St. SW

A caller reported that he found a dog. An officer picked up the dog and turned it over to a juvenile at the owner’s residence.

Malicious Mischief – 12200 blk Clubhouse Ln.

A caller reported that her husband was driving to work when someone threw something and broke his vehicle’s window. After examining the vehicle, an officer determined the window was likely shattered by a golf ball.

Theft – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers were dispatched to a theft that just occurred. The suspect left north on a bicycle. He was not located. No more information was available.

Traffic – 4800 blk Pointes Dr.

An anonymous caller reported that an older orange vehicle was speeding in the neighborhood. An officer located a vehicle matching the description. The officer told the driver to drive more carefully. No traffic violations were observed.

Warrant – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W

An officer met Lynnwood and took custody of a woman who had an outstanding warrant out of Mukilteo. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Trespass – 9500 blk 49th Ave. W

A caller reported he had three juveniles detained for trespassing. The subjects were released to their parents.

Warrant – 92nd St. SW & 52nd Ave. W

An officer located an occupied vehicle. The officer discovered that the occupant had five outstanding warrants. He was arrested and booked into the Lynnwood Jail.

Fire Assist – 12500 blk 63rd Pl. W

A caller reported that his brother was acting strange and was possibly having a medical emergency. The brother was transported to a hospital.

July 21

Suspicious – Possession Way & H.P. Blvd. SW

A caller reported that she was following her boyfriend who was driving on a suspended license. an officer located the subject sitting in the driver’s seat of the vehicle. He admitted to driving. He was cited for driving with a suspended license. He was advised that he was not authorized to drive.

Suspicious – Goat Trail Rd. & Goat Trail Loop Rd.

An officer was dispatched for a suspicious van driving through the neighborhood. The caller reported the white man driving looked suspicious when he drove by. The van was described as a white and blue Ford Econoline with no rear plate and a front Colorado plate. It was gone on arrival.

Nuisance – 5400 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded for a report of a subject on a bicycle who kept returning to the location. He told the officer he was playing Pokémon Go. He said he would play the game somewhere else.

Collision – 3600 blk 121st St. SW

An officer was dispatched for a hit-and-run collision. The suspect vehicle was last seen northbound on Mukilteo Speedway. Officers searched for the suspect vehicle, but it was not located. The call was referred to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

Fire Assist – 4400 blk 106th St. SW

A caller requested an ambulance for a 7-year-old girl who had injuries possibly from a family member. An officer talked to the parents and will talk to a forensic nurse once an examination of the girl is completed. The case is under investigation.

Animal – 600 blk 4th St.

A caller reported seeing a cat on the roof. No cat was found.

Warrant/Drugs – 8400 blk Mukilteo Speedway

While on patrol, officers located a man with an outstanding warrant out of Mukilteo who also was in possession of a controlled substance. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Suspicious – 7200 blk 45th Pl. W

A caller reported there was an unknown vehicle parked in the driveway. The vehicle belonged to a neighbor.

Suspicious – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller was involved in a collision on Lake City Way and the other driver gave her money to cover the damage. She checked the damage and thought it would cost more money to fix. The caller was referred to contact the Seattle Police Department if she wanted to file a report.

Suspicious – 11800 blk Wilmington Way

A caller reported that his neighbor’s garage door was open. Officers contacted the neighbor, who closed their garage door.

Suspicious – 9700 blk 58th Pl. W

A caller reported that someone was walking outside her home with a flashlight. No one was found.

DUI – 40th Ave. W & 78th St. SW

A caller reported a possible DUI driver in a white vehicle. It was not located.

Suspicious – 6200 blk Bayview Dr.

A caller reported that someone was following her, so she drove her car into a garage to get them to stop. The suspect vehicle is described as a possibly lowered black sedan with an owl sticker on the driver’s side back window. The case is under investigation.

July 22

Assist Aid – 9500 blk 49th Ave. W

An officer responded to a report of a medical emergency. When the officer arrived, the subject was breathing. The subject was transported to a hospital.

Vehicle Prowl – 600 blk Possession View Ln.

A caller reported her vehicle was prowled overnight.

Suspicious – 4500 blk 71st Pl. SW

A caller reported someone was trying to solicit funds from her online by claiming her computer had a virus. She shut down the computer. She said she is going to take it to a shop for a virus scan/scrub.

Traffic – H.P. Blvd. SW & Mukilteo Speedway

An officer was dispatched for a recklessly driven vehicle. It was not located.

ID Theft – 8200 blk Naketa Beach Walk

A caller reported that his personal information had been used in California to rent a car last month and that the car had not been returned.

Theft – 9200 blk 50th Pl. W

A caller reported that she wrote a check for one amount and the checked had been cashed for a different amount. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious – 4500 blk 84th St. SW

A caller reported that 3-4 subjects had been walking down the sidewalk, and then looked into his window. The subjects told officers they were walking to a bus stop. They agreed to stay away from the residence.

Hit & Run – 6100 blk St. Andrews Dr.

A caller reported his yard lamp and a street sign were struck. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious – 800 blk 9th St.

A caller reported a man was walking around a neighbor’s backyard. He was not located.

Burglary – 1500 blk Mukilteo Blvd.

A caller reported that she returned home to find a ladder set up next to the upstairs window. No entry was made.

Party – 300 blk Lincoln Ave.

A caller reported a group appeared to be bringing outside alcohol into the community center. Officers reminded the subject in charge of the group that it was not allowed.

Warrant – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W

Granite Falls police reported that they had a man in custody on a Mukilteo warrant. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Noise – 4900 blk 94th St. SW

An officer responded for a report of loud music. No one answered the door.

Noise – 4900 blk 94th St. SW

An officer responded for another report of loud music. This time, the residents opened the door. They said they would turn the music down.

Vehicle Prowl – 900 blk 11th St.

A caller reported that someone entered her vehicle. Nothing was missing. She requested extra patrol.

Fireworks – 5500 blk 112th Pl. SW

An officer responded for a report of juveniles setting off fireworks. They were not located.

Disturbance – 5600 blk 114th St. SW

Officers responded for a disturbance between a son and his parents. The mother was upset because the son was smoking inside the house. When the son threatened to leave, the father restrained him. There was no assault.

Noise – 6000 blk 126th St. SW

An officer responded for a report of a loud party. They agreed to keep the noise down.

July 23

Civil Problem – Lighthouse Park

An officer was dispatched to speak with a man who was refusing to leave one of the reserved picnic shelters. The subject agreed to leave.

Juvenile – 900 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

A mail carrier reported hearing two subjects yelling loudly at the residence. A mother was trying to get a juvenile to calm down. There was no assault.

Parking – 3rd St. & Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that vehicles stopping for a garage sale were blocking the road. The owners agreed to park out of the way.

Suspicious – 5200 blk 84th St. SW

A passer-by reported there were two subjects walking around the location. A man and woman were contacted. The man stated they had been playing Pokémon Go.

Lost Child – 700 blk Front St.

A caller there was a lost child at the waterfront. The child was returned to her grandparents.

Civil Problem – 4800 blk Sterling Way

A caller gave his car keys to a roommate and asked him to pick his vehicle up for him. The roommate now refuses to return the vehicle. An officer left a message for the roommate advising him to return the vehicle.

Nuisance – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

An officer responded for a complaint of a man at the location. He agreed to move on.

Animal – 5000 blk 84th St. SW

An officer responded for a report that a dog was left inside all day. There was no answer at the door, so the office left a warning notice on the door.

Traffic – 12600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers responded for a report of a possible DUI. It was not located.

July 24

Harassment – 1500 blk Debrelon Ln.

A caller reported an ex-boyfriend was harassing her. An officer provided her with information regarding court orders.

Animal – 700 blk Front St.

A caller reported there was a small seal on the beach. A message was left for the Marine Response Team.

Suspicious – 9500 blk 49th Ave. W

A caller reported that a man may have taken a bicycle and then left in a blue passenger car. The subject was not located. The bike was found nearby. No victim was located.

Unattended Death – 5800 blk Chennault Beach Dr.

A caller reported that when he came inside the house, he discovered his elderly mother deceased. The death did not appear suspicious.

Disturbance – 9500 blk 49th Ave. W

A caller reported what sounded like domestic violence with a woman heard yelling. Officers found that there had been a large spider, and the couple was trying to kill it.

DUI – 84th St. SW & Mukilteo Speedway

Officers responded for a report of a possible DUI. It was not located.

Malicious Mischief – 600 blk Front St.

While on patrol, the officer found one of the pay stations for parking had been knocked over. There are no suspects.

Drugs – 4500 blk 84th St. SW

While on patrol, an officer found a suspicious occupied vehicle. A man and woman consented to a search of their vehicle, and a small amount of narcotics was located. The case was sent to the prosecutor.

July 25

Assist Fire – 12300 blk Cyrus Way

Medics requested assistance with a man who had exited a parked vehicle and fell down. The subject was having a medical issue. He was transported to a hospital by private ambulance.

Animal – 40th Ave. W & Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported a dog was on 40th Avenue West and heading toward Mukilteo Speedway. Officers were unable to locate the dog.

Animal – 76th St. SW & 44th Ave. W

A caller reported that a dog that was running loose injured her dog. An officer searched for it where the dog was last seen, but it was gone.

Animal – 76th St. SW & 46th Ave. W

An officer responded for a loose dog that had been picked up by a passer-by. The dog was the same dog from the earlier calls. It had no collar and no microchip. The officer transported the dog to PAWS.

DUI – 6100 blk Bayview Dr.

A caller reported that his father’s girlfriend was in her vehicle getting ready to drive and she had been drinking. When officers arrived, she was charging her cellphone in the vehicle. She said said she was not going to drive and went inside the residence.

Suspicious – 8600 blk 54th Pl. W

An officer was dispatched for a possible fraud report. A resident reported that he received a letter from the post office indicating that his mail was forwarded to an address in Puyallup, but he did not fill out a change of address form. He checked and discovered he had not been the victim of identity theft. The case is under investigation.

Fraud – 11800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported a possible fraud. She told an officer that someone called her and attempted to illicit personal information. She did not provide the subject with any personal information.

Collision – Mukilteo Speedway & 84th St. SW

An officer responded for two-vehicle collision with no reported injuries. Vehicle 2 stopped for traffic and Vehicle 1 did not. There was minor damage.

Welfare Check – 8000 blk Mukilteo Speedway

An officer responded with medics for a report of a 75-year-old man who seemed confused. He seemed to have gotten overheated while walking. He was transported to a hospital.

Collision – Mukilteo Speedway & Beverly Park Rd.

An officer was dispatched to two-vehicle collision at the intersection. There were no reported injures. One vehicle left prior to the officer’s arrival. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious – 2600 blk Mukilteo Speedway

Officers searched for a subject associated with a gold pickup truck who was dumping things into the dumpster. Officers found a man and woman. They agreed to leave.

Public Assist – 44th Ave. W & 76th St. SW

A caller reported that a man had been drinking, and he was concerned the man may drive away. The man agreed to leave his vehicle at the location and get a ride home.

Warrant – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. SW

While on patrol, an officer located a man who had several outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Nuisance – 600 blk Front St.

A caller reported that a woman was at the park and refusing to leave. Officers gave her a ride at her request.

Traffic – 6500 blk Harbour Heights Pkwy.

A caller reported that a vehicle was driving reckless. It was not located.

Suspicious – 11700 blk Mukilteo Speedway

A caller reported that a subject attempted to break into a register yesterday. The same subject returned today and left. The case is under investigation.
