White Birds of Winter at NW Stream Center | A&E brief

Learn about the Northwest's white birds of winter, including snow geese, at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at the Northwest Stream Center.

The white birds of winter are here. Thousands of trumpeter and tundra swans and snow geese have migrated from Alaska and Canada to feed in the farm fields of Washington.

The Adopt A Stream Foundation presents “White Birds of Winter” at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at the Northwest Stream Center.

Martha Jordan, the executive director of the Northwest Swan Conservation Association, will share a lecture and a show a slide show about these migrating white birds.
