Dec. 16

Vehicle Prowl – 9600 blk Harbour Pl.

An officer responded for a vehicle prowl report. Sometime during the previous night a hotel guest’s work van was broken into. About $2,000 in tools were taken. The hotel has requested extra patrol in the parking lot, especially at night.

Vehicle Prowl – 9600 blk Harbour Pl.

Sometime during the previous night another hotel guest’s vehicle was broken into. Three separate windows were broken and Christmas presents were stolen.

Information – 8700 blk 48th Pl. W.

A caller reported that yesterday his mother- in-law saw a gray vehicle parked outside. When she went outside, the vehicle took off. He requests extra patrols. He was concerned about recent break ins.

Assist Law – 9700 blk 58th Pl. W.

Officers assisted a Bothell detective in attempting to contact a subject. His mother said that he was not home.

Malicious Mischief – 6100 blk Bayview Dr.

A caller reported that sometime during the previous night, someone drove across her yard. An officer found a single tire mark near the sidewalk. There are no suspects at this time.

Suspicious – 10200 blk Marine View Dr.

A caller reported man in the neighborhood was offering to wash windows. He was described as white, in his mid-30s, balding, wearing a gray sweater and carrying rags and a spray bottle. He was not located.

Suspicious – 12500 blk Hummingbird St.

A caller reported teenager associated with a black Volvo SUV was looking at porches. She said that when he saw her looking at him, he left westbound in the vehicle. He was not located.

DWLS 3 – 12100 blk Greenhaven Ln.

Officers responded to attempt to serve an arrest warrant for a woman who had been driving with a suspended license. She was not home.

Hit & Run – 11700 blk SR-525

An officer met with a subject regarding a hit-and-run report. He was flagged down and told that a subject in a silver Jaguar backed into his truck while he was shopping. The case is under investigation.

Theft – 7100 blk 44th Pl. W.

A caller reported that someone stole two Amazon packages from his front porch between 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 15. There are no suspects at this time.

Civil – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

A caller requested a phone call from an officer regarding his son. It was determined that the son may have a warrant for his arrest because he did not report for drug court. The caller provided an address in Everett where his son might be staying. The caller was referred to the Everett Police Department.

Assist Law – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office requested a phone call regarding license plates recovered in Mukilteo last month. An officer contacted the deputy and answered her questions.

Assist Fire – 600 blk Front St.

Officers responded for a report of an elderly woman possibly having a medical problem in the ferry lanes. Upon arrival, it was determined that her car battery died and she fell asleep while she was waiting for AAA to arrive. The officers stood by until AAA arrived and got the vehicle going.

Traffic – 12300 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd.

An officer responded to a report of a dark green Ford F150 that reportedly tried to run the caller off the roadway. The vehicle was not located.

Violation – 600 blk Front St.

An officer was dispatched to a report of a group of subjects releasing paper lanterns with candles inside into the water. They were not located.

Shoplift – 11700 blk SR-525

An officer was flagged down and told that a woman had taken a hand basket full of grocery items and fled the store. She then entered a dark blue Mitsubishi four door sedan and left. Officers checked for her, but the suspect and vehicle were not located.

Assist Law – 4700 blk 84th St. S.W.

Officers assisted a bail bond agent while he took a subject into custody on a warrant. The subject was taken into custody without incident.

Dec. 17

Theft – 5800 blk Central Dr.

A resident called to report a package delivered by USPS on Dec. 14 at 9:01 a.m. had been stolen from her front porch before she returned home at about 3:15 p.m. She had reported the incident to USPS. There are no suspects at this time, but there was a dark brown work-style van parked down the street from her house at 6:45 am. that drove off when she saw it. She did not recognize the van as being from the neighborhood. The driver appeared to be a white woman.

Welfare Check – 5500 blk 104th Pl. S.W.

Officers checked the woods for a report of a transient camp. Nothing was located.

Assault – Kay Way

A girl told her mom about a sexual assault that occurred in 2013. An officer arranged for a Dawson Place Child Advocacy Center interview.

Collision – Chennault Beach & SR-525

Officers responded for a two-vehicle collision. Vehicle 1 rear-ended Vehicle 2 at the stoplight. The drivers agreed to pull into the parking lot, but Vehicle 1 took off northbound on SR-525. The vehicle was not located. The case is under investigation.

Juvenile – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

An officer responded for a subject in possession naked pictures of a girl. The two broke up today, and the subject threatened to send pictures of the girl. The case is under investigation.

Welfare Check – 2600 blk SR-525

An officer responded for a report of a woman in her 20s on the side of the road possibly trying to flag cars down. The officer found that she was talking on the phone with her boyfriend while waiting for the bus.

Suspicious – 9800 blk 50th Pl. W.

A caller reported a U-Haul keeps coming to a neighbor’s house for the past three months. She said that she was concerned about burglaries. An officer contacted the homeowners, who were preparing to sell their house.

Collision – 8400 blk Paine Field Blvd.

An officer was dispatched for a cold hit-and-run report. The officer was still on scene at the time of this report.

Welfare Check – 4700 blk Park Dr.

A caller reported that she was unable to wake her son up. Officers responded with the Fire Department, and were able to wake the son up. He appeared to be high on drugs and refused medical attention. The mother said that he was not welcome in her house, and so he left.

Suspicious – 4800 blk Harbour Heights Dr.

An officer responded to a suspicious subject wearing a gray and black sweatshirt and black pants walking around the neighborhood. He was not located.

Public Assist – 3800 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

Officers assisted a caller with a vehicle lock-out.

Dec. 18

Civil – 12600 blk Hummingbird St.

A caller reported that subjects she was renting her home to were trying to sublet it without her permission. An officer provided her with some resources to answer her questions.

Death Investigation – 9800 blk 50th Ave. W.

Officers responded to a report of CPR in progress. A patient at an adult care facility stopped breathing and was pronounced deceased. The subject suffered from several medical issues. The Medical Examiner’s Office authorized release to a local funeral home.

Sexual Assault – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A student gave a third-hand report of a possible attempted sexual assault that occurred yesterday at an unknown location. The case is under investigation.

Collision – 2nd St. & SR-525

Vehicle 1 failed to yield and struck Vehicle 2. There were no injuries.

Suspicious – 4900 blk 88th St. S.W.

A caller reported that a neighbor has been standing in traffic in the evening trying to wave at cars to slow down in the neighborhood. He is concerned he will be struck by a car. He requests extra patrol.

Suspicious – 10500 blk 56th Ave. W.

A caller reported that a white woman knocked on her door late last night, asked for someone who did not live there, and then ran off. She requests extra patrol.

Juvenile – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller wanted officers aware that four girls had been involved in a fight. They are notifying the parents. They told them to call the police if they wanted to file reports.

Complaint – H.P. Blvd. & Harbour Heights Pkwy.

An officer was dispatched to check for two dogs in the roadway. They were gone on arrival.

Theft – 11700 blk SR-525

Employees reported that a subject ran out of the store with a basket of merchandise. Officers located a subject matching the description. Two store employees confirmed that the detained subject was the correct subject. However, an officer viewed the surveillance video and determined it was not the correct subject. The case is under investigation.

Information – 8900 blk 49th Ave. W.

A caller wanted police aware that the neighbor dogs were barking. He did not want contact.

Open Door – 400 blk Lamar Dr.

A neighbor reported an open door. Officers located an elderly man inside who forgot to close the door. He did not need any assistance.

Assault – 10800 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that she was assaulted earlier in the day by another student from school. The dispute was about an Instagram username. A witness recorded the fight on video, which the officer obtained. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious – 4400 blk 75th St. S.W.

A caller reported a smaller two-door car parked near the mailboxes left when the driver saw the caller. An officer checked for the vehicle, but it was not located. There was no further vehicle description.

Property – 900 blk 4th St.

A caller reported that she found some mail nearby. An officer returned the mail (junk mail) to the post office for re-delivery.

DUI – 11800 blk SR-525

A passer-by reported a possible DUI driver in the drive-thru line. Officers contacted the driver and determined he was not impaired.

Dec. 19

Property – 600 blk Front St.

A subject turned in a debit card found at Lighthouse Park.

Vehicle Theft – 4800 blk 99th Pl. S.W.

A caller reported that his Subaru Forester was stolen overnight.

Malicious Mischief – 1300 blk Goat Trail Rd.

A caller reported his metal locking mailbox was damaged. It was unknown if anything was stolen.

Vehicle Prowl X2 – 9900 blk 48th Ave. W.

A caller reported that two of his vehicles were prowled overnight. It was unknown if anything had been taken.

Burglary – 10400 blk Kay Way

A caller reported her residence was burglarized on Thursday. There was no sign of forced entry. Jewelry and passports were taken.

Traffic – 5700 blk 128th St. S.W.

A caller reported two subjects were riding motorcycles on a power line trail behind her property. The subjects were not located.

Suspicious – 8100 blk SR-525

Officers were dispatched for a report of a subject acting aggressive. The subject appeared to be under the influence of narcotics, but was being monitored by family members. They did not want any assistance, and they left.

Vehicle Prowl – 4900 blk 99th Pl. S.W.

A caller reported his vehicle was prowled overnight – $600 in cash was stolen from a wallet inside the vehicle.

Suspicious – Harbour Pointe Blvd. S.W. & SR-525

Officers were dispatched for a subject who almost stumbled into traffic. The subject was gone on arrival.

Public Assist – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

A subject came to the police station to turn in some expired prescription drugs. She agreed to return during business hours.

Follow-Up – 9600 blk 58th Pl. W.

A caller request contact regarding his missing son. He was referred to the Everett Police Department.

Animal – 8900 blk 49th Ave. W.

A caller reported the neighbor’s dogs were barking. They were gone on arrival.

Collision – 6200 blk Canyon Dr.

A driver lost control and slid into a steep ditch. She was unable to release her seatbelt to get out of the vehicle. She sustained minor injuries and was evaluated at the scene by aid.

Suspicious – 10200 blk 48th Ave. W.

An officer was dispatched for a suspicious subject wandering through the neighborhood. The subject was with the U.S. Mission and had a valid permit to solicit.

Welfare Check – 5000 blk 84th St. S.W.

An intoxicated caller reported that he wanted officers to “teach him a lesson,” and he was going to give them a hug. The caller’s mother was on scene and told dispatchers she didn’t know why he called 911, and that he was just very intoxicated. Officers made sure that he did not need any assistance. His mother advised she would be with him the rest of the evening. There were no problems.

Dec. 20

Animal – 8900 blk 49th Ave. W.

A caller reported the dogs next door were barking. They were gone on arrival.

Suspicious – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that a subject who said he was looking for a lost check was going through the community recycling bin. He was gone on arrival.

Assist Law – Lighthouse Park

Officers located a small boat that had washed ashore at Lighthouse Park. The boat was partially submerged and fastened to a log. The boat was registered to an address in Mukilteo. The owner advised it started to sink while being launched at the boat launch. He was later able to retrieve the boat out of the water.

DUI – 10300 blk 64th Pl. W.

A caller reported that a woman was driving a black Infiniti sedan while intoxicated. The vehicle was not located. Local agencies were notified.

Malicious Mischief – 5100 blk 93rd Pl. S.W.

A caller reported a group of mailboxes were vandalized. It was unknown if anything was taken.

Burglary – 6000 blk 56th Pl. W.

A caller reported her house was “red tagged” due to a landslide threat, and that the residence was burglarized overnight. Three axes appeared to be the only items stolen.

DUI – 2nd St. & SR-525

An officer was dispatched for an intoxicated subject in a white truck who was refused service. He was gone on arrival.

Suspicious – 500 blk Webster St.

A caller reported that at least three subjects were walking through the Pioneer Cemetery. The caller told officers that they left in a maroon Jeep type vehicle. Officers checked for the vehicle, but it was gone on arrival.

Dec. 21

Warrant – 7700 blk 45th Pl. W.

Officers contacted a woman and arrested her for a warrant.

Hit & Run – 4500 blk 107th St. S.W.

An officer responded a hit-and-run collision that occurred over the weekend. There was video of the collision. The case is under investigation.

ID Theft – 200 blk Lamar Dr.

A caller reported he had received several notices and credit cards over the weekend for accounts he had not opened. The case is under investigation.

Suspicious – 500 blk 5th St.

Officers searched for a white subject wearing a tan hat, glasses and a black hoody who was possibly looking into mailboxes. The subject was not located.

Suspicious – 4400 blk Chennault Beach Rd.

A caller reported that a gas pump and two concrete pillars were damaged earlier in the morning or late the previous night.

Assist Fire – 10900 blk 53rd Ave. W.

An officer stood by while medics forced the door open for a subject who had fallen and could not respond to the door. The subject was transported to a hospital.

Civil – 7800 blk 49th Pl. W.

A caller reported a burglary in progress. It was determined that the caller’s father and brother had responded to her residence to check on her and assist with yard and housework. She did not want them there, so they left without incidence.

Traffic – Beverly Park Rd. & SR-525

There was a report of an erratic driver headed northbound on SR-525, but officers were not available due to the above call.

Burglary – 6100 blk 91st Pl. S.W.

A caller reported that sometime between August and October of this year his garage was entered and a metallic green Klein Quantum bicycle was stolen. He did not know the serial number or have any suspect information.

Open Door – 5800 blk Central Dr.

A caller reported that the neighbor’s garage door had been open since about 7 a.m. Officers responded to the residence and found the door from the garage to the residence unsecured. They checked the residence and found nothing suspicious.

Animal – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

A caller reported they found a white dog running loose in the neighborhood. An officer took the dog, a male with no collar or microchip, to PAWS.

Follow-Up – 4800 blk Hidden Forest Dr.

A caller reported that her brother had returned home a few days earlier, but was still refusing to take his medications. The brother was removed from missing status in the computer system.

Follow-Up – 1400 blk Mukilteo Ln.

A caller reported he may have found more stolen property at his residence. The possible stolen property had reportedly been left behind by his roommate’s wife.

Malicious Mischief – 9100 blk 53rd Ave. W.

A caller reported someone had tried to pry open the door of a locking mailbox over the weekend. It did not appear that entry was made into the mailbox.

Runaway – 4900 blk 94th St. S.W.

A caller reported her son had left a treatment center in Burien without permission. She had already reported him as a runaway with King County, but wanted Mukilteo officers aware in case he returned to the city. She also mentioned her son might show up for his grandma’s funeral on Monday.

Collision – 12600 blk SR-525

Vehicle 1 attempted to merge into the right lane and collided with Vehicle 2. There were no injuries.

Follow-Up – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd. S.W.

A caller reported that her dog was missing. The dog was determined to be the one found earlier in the day. She was advised the dog was at PAWS.

Suspicious – 12300 blk H.P. Blvd.

A caller reported that she suspected that subjects were involved in drug activity because they peak outside into the parking lot from their windows. Officers got no answer at the door.

Suspicious – 1500 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

A caller reported hearing gun shots in the ravine behind his house. Officers found nothing suspicious.

Follow-Up – 8400 blk SR-525

An officer located a runaway. The officer had subject removed from runaway status in the computer system and returned him to his mother.

DUI – 500 blk SR-525

A caller reported that was a blue pickup headed southbound on SR-525, and he thought the driver was DUI. The officers located the pickup parked at the registered owner’s address and spoke with the owner at the house. He was intoxicated and likely drove the truck home. The officers warned him about driving intoxicated.

Animal – 9000 blk 44th Ave. W.

A complainant reported that she thought she heard a cat in the engine compartment of her car. Neither she nor an officer could locate the cat. It stopped meowing prior to the officer’s arrival.

Suspicious – 2600 blk SR-525

A caller reported that she saw several subjects walking toward the middle school. They were gone on arrival.

Suspicious – 11700 blk SR-525

An employee reported that a subject attempted to buy several gift cards with a debit card that was declined. He said that the subject’s ID matched the debit card.

Dec. 22

Vehicle Recovery – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

Everett police recovered a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Mukilteo. The owner was notified.

Disturbance – 3800 blk South Rd.

Officers responded to a report of a disgruntled ex-employee causing a disturbance. The subject was gone on arrival, and the business did not want to trespass them.

Animal – 8900 blk 49th Ave. W.

A caller reported that his neighbor’s dogs were barking. The dogs were gone on arrival.

Property – 10700 blk SR-525

Employees found a small bag of narcotics inside the facility. They were seized for destruction.

Theft – 12400 blk 55th Pl. W.

A neighbor witnessed a woman take a package from the front porch and leave in a silver Honda. Officers stopped the vehicle and arrested the woman for the theft. She also had a felony and misdemeanor warrants. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Theft – 6300 blk Webster Way

A caller reported that they witnessed a woman take a package from the neighbor’s residence and then leave in a green Volkswagen. The vehicle was located on Marine View Drive, and she was arrested. She was in possession of mail from several residences, including credit cards. She was also found to be in possession of suspected meth. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Suspicious – 1400 blk Goat Trail Loop Rd.

An officer was dispatched for a small U-Haul circling the neighborhood. The driver was delivering packages.

Hit & Run – H.P. Blvd. S.W. & SR-525

A caller reported that her vehicle was struck by a beige truck that did not stop. The case is under investigation.

Public Assist – 7800 blk 49th Pl. W.

A caller reported that she inadvertently locked herself out of her residence and requested assistance getting back inside.

Suspicious – 600 blk Front St.

An anonymous caller reported that the light was not on at the lighthouse. An officer checked and confirmed that the light was on.

Suspicious – 12500 blk Evergreen Dr.

An officer responded to a vehicle theft report. Upon arrival, no one was there to report a theft.

Assist Fire – 2300 blk SR-525

Officers responded to assist the Fire Department with an 81-year-old diabetic man who was screaming and stomping his feet. Upon arrival, officers stood by while medics treated the subject.

Vehicle Theft – 3800 blk South Rd.

The subject from the above suspicious report called back to report his vehicle stolen. It was determined that his gray 1990 Honda Accord had been taken sometime between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. today. The vehicle was entered into the computer system as stolen. The victim requested that it not be impounded.

Threats – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W.

An officer responded to take a threat report. It was determined that the threats had been over the phone.

Agency Assist – 20300 blk 73rd Ave. W., Lynnwood

Officers responded to provide containment for a K-9 track for a burglary suspect.

Collision – 4400 blk 76th St. S.W.

Officers responded to a vehicle in a ditch. It was determined that the driver had driven into a ditch. A private tow responded to remove the vehicle.

Party – 4500 blk H.P. Blvd.

Officers responded to a party complaint. The partygoers agreed to keep the noise down.

Burglary – 7000 blk 48th Ave. W.

An officer responded to a cold residential burglary report. It was determined that someone had kicked the front door in between 3:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. The suspect(s) damaged two flat screen TVs by pulling them off the walls. Two play stations and a bag of clothing were taken.

Suspicious – 11500 blk SR-525

Officers located two subjects sitting in a pickup in the back parking lot. They told officers they were homeless and were on their way to Monroe for the holidays, as they have children there.
