Christmas Eve Service

7 p.m. Celebrate the joy of the Christmas season with the Pointe of Grace with candlelight, carols, and holy communion at this Christmas Eve worship service. Childcare is available. All are welcome. Fly Tying Classes

The Evergreen Fly Fishing Club will offer a series of fly tying classes at the Rosehill Community Center. The 12 classes begin at 6:30 p.m. and run Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. from Jan. 6 through March 23. Bring a fly tying vise, tying thread and bobbins, and other basic tools. New Year’s Eve Party

7-9 p.m. Imagine Children’s Museum is hosting a family friendly New Year’s Eve Party. Enjoy a variety show, one-man band, balloon animals, crazy hair station, glow bowling, rocket racing, scavenger hunt, bingo and more. Advance tickets are $10 for members, $15 for non-members. Community Service

10:30-11:30 a.m. Middle school students (grades 6-8) can earn Community Service credit by helping out at the library. Help prepare crafts for library programs and displays, pick up and clean up, sort books and more. No need to sign up.
