Grafer to retire from City Council | Letter


Editor, The Beacon:

Having served two terms as a member of the Mukilteo City Council and with more than 30 years serving my community, I have decided to retire from the City Council and am not seeking a third term.

Over the past three decades, I have had the honor and privilege of watching Mukilteo grow into a strong and thriving city and to watch this council grow and change into an intelligent, well-informed and truly involved governing body dedicated to shepherding our city into the next phase of the future.
