Register for Little Rookie & Rookie Basketball

Registration for the Mukilteo Family YMCA’s 3-4 and 5-6 year old basketball program is on now. This year’s season will run Oct. 28 through Dec. 7 or Dec. 21, depending on age. Little rookie teams will play four games and rookie teams will play six games. All teams are co-ed and practice once each week for one hour, with games on Saturdays starting Nov. 9. Youth baseball program

NW Baseball & Academy is now enrolling students for its winter hitting and pitching instructional program. Program is open to ages 9-18. Harvest Fest

5-8 p.m. A Mariner High School event that invites elementary school students to spend Halloween night in an indoor, safe environment filled with fun activities and a Trick-or-Treat hallway. Bring a donation for the National Honors Society’s Canned Food Drive to benefit the Everett Food Bank. Mariner High School, 200 120th St. S.W., Everett.

Trick-Or-Treat for UNICEF

On Halloween, Key Club volunteers from Kamiak High School will be collecting donations for UNICEF. Volunteers will trick-or-treat door-to-door in Mukilteo asking for donations to help provide children around the world with clean water, quality education and shelter.

We Scare Hunger

This year on Halloween night, students from Kamiak High School will be going around Mukilteo to Trick-or-Treat for canned food and other non-perishables to donate to the Mukilteo Food Bank. While you're shopping for candy, stock up on canned food to contribute to this worthy cause. This is a Kamiak Link food drive.

Mukilteo Schools Craft Fair

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. One of the biggest craft fairs in south Everett is the 20th annual Mukilteo Schools Craft Fair. The fair will take place in the main gym at Mariner High School. It features more than 80 vendors selling a wide range of handcrafted and commercial-type wares, including a variety of holiday items. Admission is a donation of 50 cents, which supports a scholarship fund for graduating seniors. Mariner High School, 200 120th St. S.W., Everett.

Holiday Art Mart

10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Get your holiday shopping done early at the Mukilteo Arts Guild’s Holiday Art Mart, which offers offers original, handcrafted gift items made by professional artists from western Washington. Dr. Jacqueline de Leon-Estes and Harbour Pointe Orthodontics is hosting their 11th Halloween Candy Buy Back Nov. 4-7. They’ll buy back your Halloween treats, $4 for each pound. Italian Dinner Fundraiser

4:30-7:30 p.m. The Kamiak High School Dulcineas Dance Team invites you to their annual Italian Dinner Fundraiser, which features a silent auction and entertainment.
