MYSC soccer event rocks! - Sunday, May 2 approximately 200 youth and parents participated in the first MYSC Spring Kickoff Event. Seattle Sounders FC players Roger Levesque and Tyson Wahl signed autographs and premier coaches from Evergreen/Rush Premier Soccer Club led various skills stations. Lots of used equipment was swapped and local MYSC soccer player Emma Cleland won the drawing for four Sounder tickets. To top the afternoon off, Levesque agreed to climb onto the dunk tank. After several rounds of unsuccessful shots, one finally hit the mark and he took a polar bear plunge.

One plastic disc, a playing surface and something to mark the goals are all that are needed to fire up a game of Ultimate, the fast-paced sport that's rapidly growing in popularity at Kamiak and with other schools and groups. Oh, and a few enthusiastic players. That's the easy part. Pull out one of those disks, whether on a school field, the beach, or any flat stretch of land, and Ultimate fans come from all over.

The Mukilteo Boys Varsity Lacrosse takes on Boise, Idaho’s best over spring break. The team went 1-1 on the trip, played well, and had a great time.
