Public Assist –10700 block SR-525
Officers responded to the location regarding a consumer out of control and refusing to go where staff directed him. Officers stood by while the consumer was guided to a seclusion room by staff members.
Unattended Death – 1000 block Washington Ave.
Officers responded with the fire department to the above address regarding a report of a 64-year-old male who was found by a family member cold and unresponsive. The man was pronounced deceased by medic personnel. There were no injuries and the deceased had several medical conditions. The medical examiner released the deceased remains to the family’s selected funeral home.
Collision – 12700 block Beverly Park Rd.
A vehicle was traveling westbound in the outside lane at the location and attempted to make a U-turn. A second vehicle was traveling behind the vehicle in the inside lane and hit it as it turned in front of him. There were no injuries. Sparky’s Towing towed the second vehicle from the scene.
Verbal Domestic/Runaway – 9300 block 45th Ave W.
A father picked up his daughter for his normal visitation. They argued as he drove away, and she jumped out of the car at about 88th Street and SR-525. He attempted to put her back into the vehicle, but she ran off. The officer later located her at a friend’s house and all parties involved thought it better that she stay with her mother for the night.
Threats – 4400 block 75th Street S.W.
A resident reported that he texted an old girlfriend and got a response from her new boyfriend. Her new boyfriend said that he was going to assault him and damage his car. He was not afraid of her new boyfriend and did not know his name, but wanted an extra watch on the house.
Mental – 9400 block 48th Ave W.
A resident reported that her ex-friend was knocking on her door after sending her several text messages that indicated that he was depressed and wanted to kill himself and possibly hurt others in the process. The officers spoke with the ex-friend and he admitted to sending the messages, but said that he was just letting off steam and did not mean the threats. The fire department transported him to Steven’s Hospital for an involuntary mental evaluation.
Sept. 1
Traffic Collision – SR-525 & Harbour Point Blvd.
Officers responded to the above area for a report of a vehicle up against the curb and facing the wrong direction. The officers found that the car had spun out while turning and struck the curb. The amount of damage was non-reportable, and the driver had a AAA tow truck en-route.
Harassment – 10500 block 47th Pl. W.
A resident reported that her ex-boyfriend continually texts her. She said that while they were dating he made a threat that she “would be dead” if she ever cheated. Additionally, she said that he drained all of their money from their joint bank account. She was concerned about the possibility of ID theft, but did not want the officer to contact him.
Assist to Fire/Collision –4400 block Chennault Beach Rd.
Officers responded to the above area for a report of a telephone pole and electrical lines that fell onto some parked cars. There were no injuries. Witnesses reported that a tractor-trailer in the area might have struck a pole at the other end of the complex, pulling down the pole at the end of the line. The case is under investigation.
Animal Complaint – 1900 block Clover Pl.
Raccoon run…
A resident reported a problem with a raccoon chasing her adult son earlier in the day.
Mental – 7700 block 45th Pl. W.
A resident reported that her son was kidnapped from school earlier in the day. She said that “the servant” took him. The officer spoke with the woman’s husband who confirmed that she has been having mental issues and is on medication. The son was located next door and in no danger.
Vehicle Prowl – 5600 block 104th Pl S.W.
An officer responded to the above location for a vehicle prowl. A resident reported that sometime during the night of Aug. 30 someone entered his vehicle and attempted to remove the stereo. There was no forced entry and nothing was missing.
Animal Complaint – 12400 block Ironwood Ln.
Officer was dispatched to a hang-up call. The caller wanted to report finding a stray dog. The officer was unable to locate the owner, and the dog was placed in a kennel at the police department, as the shelter was closed for the night.
Assist Law – Evergreen & SR-526.
Washington State Patrol requested that an officer check the area for vehicles driving the wrong direction on SR-526 (both lanes of I-5 were closed for a Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office incident). Traffic was backed up at several locations, but the officer did not locate anyone driving in the wrong direction.
Theft – 1400 block Goat Trail Loop Rd.
A resident reported the theft of a pressure washer from her front yard some time today.
Runaway – 900 block Goat Trail Loop Rd.
A woman reported that her son was under house arrest and ran away this evening. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate him. He was entered into the system as a runaway.
Injury Collision – 8600 block Paine Field Blvd.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a two-vehicle collision. Vehicle 1 was heading south on Paine Field Blvd., went over the center median and struck Vehicle 2, which was headed northbound. Both drivers and a passenger were transported to the hospital. The driver of Vehicle 1 is under investigation for driving under the influence.
Traffic Hazard – Harbour Pointe Blvd. & SR-525.
An officer checked on a disabled green Subaru partially blocking the roadway. The owner was eventually able to start the vehicle and leave the area.
Assist Law – 9400 block 48th Ave. W.
A resident reported receiving a text message from a friend in which he stated he wanted to kill his parents and was suicidal. The caller was concerned that the friend may also try to break into her apartment, as he had come over yesterday and was involuntary committed at that time. The friend was later located at his parent’s house in Seattle and taken into custody by the Seattle Police Department.
Noise Complaint – 2600 block SR-525.
An officer was dispatched to a report of several people being loud at a school. The officer contacted some juveniles that were playing tennis in the dark. They agreed to leave.
Sept. 2
Assist to Fire –12300 block Evergreen Dr.
Officers responded for a report of a male who collapsed with CPR in progress. The medics transported him to Providence hospital.
Malicious Mischief –12300 block Harbour Pointe Blvd.
A resident reported that sometime between 7 p.m. the previous night and 9:30 a.m. this date, someone keyed the driver’s side of her car. There are no known suspects at this time.
Burglary – 9000 block Surrey Ln.
An officer responded to the above residence for an alarm. A back window was broken and the sliding door was open. The house was searched and no one was inside. The bedrooms had been ransacked. The homeowner reported several items of jewelry were among the items missing.
Suspicious – 12300 block Harbour Pointe Blvd.
An officer was dispatched to check on a primer gray passenger car that had reportedly been occupied by three subjects for the past three hours in the parking lot. The vehicle was gone on arrival.
DUI-Collision – 44th & 76th Streets
Officers were dispatched to a car vs. pole collision. The driver lost control going around a corner and struck a power pole. She was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and provided a BAC sample of .163 and .160.
Harassment – Anchor Village
A resident reported receiving harassing phone calls from a subject who was incarcerated in the King County Jail. The officer contacted jail staff and made them aware of the calls.
Assault DV – 123000 block Harbour Pointe Blvd.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a domestic disturbance between a husband and wife. It was determined that the female tried to prevent the male from leaving for the night and assaulted him in the process. She was arrested and booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
Disturbance – 10700 block SR-525.
Officers were dispatched to assist with a male patient at Compass Health who was refusing to take his medication and becoming aggressive with the staff. After some initial resistance, the subject became cooperative and agreed to comply with the requests of the staff.

Suspicious Person – Harbour Pointe Blvd. & St. Andrews Dr.
Sleep walker?
Officers checked the area for a man in orange and white Pajamas hiding in the bushes. Officers were unable to locate the subject.
Harassment – 5000 block Graham Way
A resident reported a chronic problem with her neighbor harassing her. No specific threats were made, and she was informed on how to obtain an anti-harassment order.
Suspicious–600 block Front St.
A resident reported an unmanned boat adrift under the Ivar’s pier. The U.S. Coast Guard was attempting to notify the owner, as it had been the subject of a search-and-rescue operation earlier. In the search-and-rescue operation, the occupants had been taken on board the Island Express Ferry, and the boat was being towed behind, but the tow rope failed. The Coast Guard was going to try and have the ferry system secure the boat.
Welfare Check–12300 block Harbour Pointe Blvd.
A resident reported receiving a cell phone call from a female she believed to be her niece who said, “Why are you keeping me here? Just let me go.” The phone number came back to the above listed address. Officers checked that address. It was dark and there was no answer at the door. A relative was contacted, and she was supposed to have been contacted by phone at her residence in Everett, and said she was OK.
Sept. 4
Collision – 5500 block Harbour Pointe Blvd.
Officers responded to a motorcycle versus vehicle collision at the above location. Upon arrival, it was determined to be a non-reportable collision, and an officer stood by while the driver and rider exchanged information.
Traffic Hazard–SR-525 & SR-526
A resident reported a big bush on the roadway. An officer cleared the debris.
Party – 8800 block 55th Pl. W.
A resident reported a loud pool party with lots of screaming and yelling. He only wanted them warned at this point, although he was tired of the loud noise and profanity. Officers contacted the residents, who were warned about public-disturbance noises.
Malicious Mischief – 5500 block 87th Ct.
A resident reported the people at the above listed address threw rocks into the pool, and requested an officer speak to them about it. Officers contacted the residents, who denied throwing any rocks. No violations were observed.
Disturbance – 700 block Front St.
Bridalzilla…
A resident reported nine subjects in a bridal party were arguing with each other and left towards the Silver Cloud Inn, where they were staying. Subsequent investigation revealed the subjects had been being loud, the manager wanted them to leave, and there was a dispute over their bill. The subjects confirmed they had not been arguing amongst each other and agreed to leave.
Party – 5000 block 92nd St. SW.
A resident reported a very loud party in the area of 52nd Ave. W. and 92nd St. SW. The resident was upset because she had to get up at 5 a.m. Officers contacted the resident who agreed to keep it down. Officers were called back about and hour and a half later and heard voices outside. The resident agreed to keep her guests inside for the night.
Sept. 5
Hit and Run Collision – 8500 block SR-525
A witness saw a black car hit another car parked in the parking lot and then drive off. The witness left information on the suspect vehicle on the victim’s windshield. The suspect reportedly stopped and looked at the damage and then drove off. The suspect parked in another area of the parking lot to hide the damage. The suspect driver was cited and released for a hit and run unattended.
Malicious Mischief – 13300 block 47th Pl. W.
Overnight, one of a victim’s driveway lights was broken by an unknown actor or actors.
2 Car Collision – Harbour Pointe Blvd. & 55th Pl. SW.
A vehicle was driving north bound on Harbour Pointe Blvd at 55th Pl. SW. when another vehicle struck it from behind. The driver who was hit complained of a headache and nausea, and was rubbing his neck. Aid was requested and evaluated him on scene. He was not transported. The driver who hit him was cited.
Extra Patrol Request – 4600 block 116th St. SW.
A caller requested extra patrol of the business, as graffiti had been applied to it last night.
Suspicious – 48th Ave. W. & 101st Pl. SW.
A resident reported a dark Honda Prelude parked in the area that was occupied by two people possibly having intimate relations. An officer contacted the vehicle occupied by two subjects, who were fully clothed. The female was turned over to her father. The male was sent on his way.
Patrol Info – 5100 block 93rd Pl. SW.
A resident reported hearing a “boom” right before the power went out. Officers found a small section of residences without power but were unable to locate the source of the outage. PUD was notified.

Open Door – 5700 block 113th Pl. SW.

A resident reported that his neighbor’s garage door was open and no one appeared to be home. The resident was home.
Attempted Burglary –12000 block SR-525
A caller reported that at about 4 a.m. someone cut the lock off of the back door to his business. It did not appear that entry was made.
Disturbance – 5800 block Central Dr.
A resident reported that his friend just ran over his foot. His friend was trying to collect money owed to him by the resident. When the argument became too heated, the friend decided to leave. The resident was standing too close to the vehicle and the tire went over his foot. He said he would seek medical care on his own. The case is under investigation.
Traffic Complaint – 12500 block Hummingbird Ln.
The officer was dispatched to an area check for 2-3 recklessly driven vehicles. The vehicles were gone on arrival.
Collision – Fifth St. & SR-525.
A vehicle struck the back of another vehicle. There were no injuries.
