Civil – 7800 Blk 40th Ave West                       

The officer was dispatched to the location for a dispute.  The RP said that he had paid for repairs but the business wanted more.  He was advised that it was civil.

Civil – 13500 Blk Beverly Park Rd                       

She had fun, fun, fun ‘til…

R/P reported that he let his daughter use his car but now he wants it back. The officer spoke to the daughter who said that her father had given her the car.  However, she agreed to return it.

Suspicious – 11100 Blk Chennault Beach RD                        

Eeeeewwwwww!

A manager reported that one of their residents had been videotaping people in the hot tub.  They requested the officers contact him and tell him to stop.  The officers contacted the subject and he agreed to stop.

Juvenile problem – 5200 Blk 93rd Pl SW                                   

A resident reported two juveniles were at the bottom of her private road.  She was concerned that they might be doing drugs.  The officer contacted the juveniles who were using a rope swing outside of the private area.  They were advised to stay out of the private area.

Attempted burglary – 13400 Blk 46th Place West                       

A man reported that he noticed a pry mark on his front door.  He said entry was not made.  He said that it occurred sometime between June 24 and Jun e 27.

The officer was dispatched to a report of two males trying to unlock a vehicle with a coat hanger.  It was determined that one of the subjects was the registered owner and he had locked his keys in the vehicle.

June 29

DUI – 84th St SW & SR 525                                   

A resident reported the driver of a Nissan pickup truck was leaving the location and was possibly intoxicated.  The officer followed the vehicle and observed no infractions.

Traffic complaint – 92nd St SW and SR 525                       

A resident reported seeing a red, older vehicle driving erratically from the above location. The officer saw the car and did not observe any violations.

Traffic complaint – 92nd St SW and SR 525                       

A resident reported a U-Haul towing a trailer with metal hanging down and sparks flying.  The officer located the vehicle and there was nothing wrong.

Traffic collision – 10100 Blk SR 525                                   

The officer responded to the above location for a parking lot collision.  Vehicle 1 backed into vehicle 2.  There were no injuries.

Animal complaint – 12700 Blk SR 525                                   

The officer was dispatched to the above area for a report of a Doberman running loose.  It was not located.

Traffic collision – 12100 Blk SR 525                                   

The officer responded to the above area for a parking lot collision.  It was non-reportable and the drivers exchanged information.

Welfare check – 4800 Blk 76th St.                                                                                    

A woman called from Virginia to request a welfare check on her friend.  The woman told officers she had called her friend’s residence today and a male answered the phone and said that the friend was out of town. The officer confirmed that the resident was out of town and the male was there to do remodeling work on the condominium.

Warrant arrest/poss. of marijuana – 4700 Blk Chennault Beach Rd.                       

The officer stopped a vehicle and arrested one of the occupants, identified as a subject wanted on a felony narcotics warrant. The male was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was booked into Snohomish County Jail on the warrant.

Noise complaint – 8400 Blk 54th Ave. W.                                                                       

The officer was dispatched to an area check for a barking dog.  The officer located the dog at the residence.  A warning notice was left at the home.  The owner returned home a short time later and brought the dog inside.

Theft 3 arrest – 11700 Blk SR 525.

Hey, genius – you’re supposed to pay!                                                                                  

R/P reported that a male ran out of the store without paying for groceries.  The subject was later located and identified; an officer cited him for the theft and released him.

Verbal DV – 10500 Blk 66th Pl. W.                                                                                   

Officers were dispatched to a report of a disturbance between two subjects who were arguing about relationship issues.  It did not become physical and they agreed to stay separated for the night.

Stray goat – 8900 Blk 46th Pl. W.           

Really, you shouldn’t have!                                                                      

R/P reported that one of the weed abatement goats from a nearby retention pond was in her front yard.  Officers captured that goat, which had eaten some of the R/P’s flowers and left a few surprises on her front porch.  The goat was placed back in the gated retention pond area with his friends.

June 30

Found property – Goat Trail Rd./ SR 525

A resident found a dark gray hooded sweatshirt with some keys at the above location last night.  An officer took the property into custody and located the owner.  Owner will pick the items up this weekend.

Juvenile problem – Harbour Pl/ Harbour Pt. Blvd.

While on patro,l an officer located skateboarders in the street at the above location.  Subjects were given a verbal warning.

Animal complaint – 12000 Blk SR 525

Officer responded to a report of two loose dogs at the above location.  Upon arrival it was determined to be outside the city.  Officer checked the area and the animals were not located.

Suspicious circumstances – 4400 Blk 106th St. SW

Officer responded to the location for a report of an intoxicated patient attempting to get a prescription filled.  Reporting party was concerned the subject would drive.  Upon arrival Officer contacted a subject and it was determined that the subject was not intoxicated but had medical problems.  His wife was contacted and she came and picked him up.

Custody problem – 10500 Blk 62nd PL W

Officer responded to the above address for a custody complaint.  Upon arrival it was determined that the R/P's wife took their children to California.  R/P is still married and he and his wife both have parental rights.  Officer explained to the R/P that he needed to go to court to get custody of his children.

Animal Complaint – 5000 Blk 125 PL SW

Officer responded to the above address regarding a barking dog complaint.  Officer spoke with the dog owner who says his dog is a Chihuahua.  Officer explained the excessive noise ordinance to the owner.  Officer did not hear or see the dog while on scene.

Theft – 5800 Blk 112 PL SW

Officer was dispatched to a theft at the above residence.  Upon arrival it was determined that eight solar lawn lights were taken overnight.  Lights were valued at approximately $200.00.

Civil – 12300 Blk Harbour Pt. Blvd.

Reporting party advised that her 52 year old boyfriend had just been transported to the hospital with chest pains and was not giving her keys back.  Reporting party later found her keys.

Blocking disabled – Front ST & SR525

R/P reported a vehicle stuck in park in the ferry holding lane.  Operator error.

Theft – 12100 Blk SR525

R/P reported his locker was broken into and his wallet, car keys and a ring were missing.  His credit card was used at several nearby businesses.  Under investigation.

Welfare check – 6600 Blk Waterton CI

Five year old reported coming out of the bathroom and finding her parents were not there.  Father got on the phone and said he had just stepped outside.  The officer contacted the family and confirmed there were no problems.

Animal – 800 Blk 4th ST

R/P reported his dog had a raccoon cornered in the backyard and he was afraid the neighbor’s would complain about his dog barking.  The R/P was provided with some options.  The R/P called back later and reported his dog would not come back inside although the raccoon had left.  The officer attempted to catch the R/P’s dog for him with negative results.

Alarm – 300 Blk Lincoln AV

Officers responded to an audible commercial burglary alarm at the location.  The site appeared okay, however, there was what appeared to be one set of fresh mud footprints in one of the areas.  Nothing appeared missing or damaged.  No one was located.

Traffic collision – 8400 Blk Paine Field BL

R/P reported he was traveling south in about the 8400 block of Paine Field BL when a black Mercedes Benz came into his lane causing him to swerve into the center divider damaging the driver’s side rear wheel and tire.
