June 21

 

DUI blocking collision – 7700 Block SR-525

 

Veh 1 was N/B on SR-525 at the above location. Veh 2 was S/B at the same location.  Veh 1 crossed into the oncoming lane and struck Veh 2 head on.  Driver 1 was arrested for DUI.  She was transported to Hospital for a blood draw, and treatment.

Burg / Theft 3 – 8000 Blk 40 Av W

 

Storage unit broken into between 06-15-2010 and 06-17-2010.  A computer monitor was stolen.

Vehicle prowl – 11100 Blk Chennault Bch Rd

 

Officer met the victim at the police station regarding a vehicle prowl. Victim's vehicle was left unlocked over night and a stereo unit face plate was stolen.  There were no suspects.

Property – 10500 47 Pl W

 

Officer contacted the finder of a bicycle at the police station.  The bicycle was checked and found not to be reported stolen.  The finder was given the procedures to advertise the bicycle as found.

Vehicle prowl – 900 Blk 1st ST

 

R/P reported the passenger side door lock of his vehicle was punched between about 0624-1745 hours.  A CD/radio and CD’s were missing.

 

Follow up – 900 Blk 1st ST

 

The officer obtained a written statement from victim regarding this prior reported vehicle prowl.  The statement was forwarded to the investigating officer.

Hang up – 3900 Blk Harbour Pointe BL 


Officers responded to a 911 hang up at the location.  Upon arrival it was determined to have come as a result of someone burning food on the stove and setting off the smoke alarm.  T.O.T. Mukilteo Fire Department.

Dispute – 8400 Blk SR525

 

R/P reported an H.B.D. female customer was in the store being rude and complaining about the price of candy.  X-1 was located a few blocks away and given a ride to her residence in unincorporated Snohomish County.

Verbal DV – 4500 Blk Harbour Pointe BL

 

Engine 25 reported the sounds of a verbal argument involving subjects in the above listed unit.  Officers contacted two subjects who said it was verbal only and no assault occurred.  Neither subject was willing to leave but said they would leave each other alone for the night.

Noise – 12300 Blk Harbour Pointe BL

 

R/P reported the neighbors were unusually noisy with stomping and banging sounds.  Officers contacted the resident who was upset over breaking up with his girlfriend and admitted he had been stomping around earlier but had already gone to bed.  N.F.A.

 

June 22

 

 

Commercial Burg – 12100 Blk Harbour Rch Dr

 

Unknown actor/s smashed in a window and stole two flat panel monitors from the desk jest inside.  Under investigation.

Civil Problem – 11100 Blk Chennault Bch Rd

 

Complainant came to the police station to report a co-worker who had texted her with a very unflattering opinion of her personality after an argument at the Everett Mall earlier. Complainant was advised on the procedure to obtain a no contact order.

Suspicious incident – 8400 Blk SR-525

 

Officer responded to the location regarding an unusual complaint of illegal parking and complaints about the high price of gas.  Officer contacted a subject who said that everything was fine.

Assault 4 – Lighthouse Park

 

R/P  reported that he was in a traffic incident with a pair of guys in a maroon Ford pickup.  The passenger in the truck had hit him in the face after the truck ran over his long board.  Officers located the suspects later and interviewed them.  The incident will be referred to the Prosecutor for charges.

H&R Prop. Collision – Har Pt Blvd SW/ Har Rch Dr

 

Officers responded to the above location regarding a hit and run collision.  A vehicle ran into the median, knocking down a sign and a tree.  Officers located the suspect vehicle in the parking lot and the driver was arrested for DUI and H&R Property damage.  He was cited and released to his wife.

Welfare check–11100 Blk 60th AV W

 

R/P reported an elderly male drove to his residence and was looking for the little kids.  The subject was dazed and confused.  Prior to arrival the R/P determined the subject was (O-1) who was lost.  His was contacted and responded to pick him up.

Fire assist–1200 block 5th ST

 

A citizen reported a fire in the Japanese Gulch area.  The officer contacted several subjects who were sitting around a bonfire.  They put the fire out and agreed to leave.

Trespass – 10800 Blk Harbour Pointe BL

 

R/P reported 20 kids having a party on the football field.  Officers contacted the group of subjects, some of which who were just hanging out and others were playing soccer.  They agreed to leave.

Malicious mischief – 600 Blk Front ST

 

The officer found the front glass door to the business had been damaged by a rock.  No entry was made.  DNA was collected.  T.O.T. business owner.

 

 

June 23

 

 

Vehicle theft – 9600 Blk Harbour Place                       

 

R/P reported that sometime between June 20 and this date his vehicle was taken from the hotel parking garage (again.)  The vehicle had been re-stolen after it was recovered June 20.

Animal complaint – 12300 Blk Harbour Pt Blvd                        

 

R/P reported that a previous tenant left a cat abandoned in the apartment.  The officer transported it to PAWS.

Threats – 4500 Blk 84th St SW                                   

 

R/P reported that a subject has been coming to the location once a week.  He said that the subject becomes agitated and irrational and has sent semi-threatening e-mails.  R/P wanted him trespassed from the location.  The officer was unable to contact him yet.

Assist to Fire            – 700 Blk Front Street                                   

 

The officers responded to the report of a male “slumper” in a vehicle.  Staff said that they knocked on the door and he did not wake up.  The male had been sleeping and not in need of assistance.

Animal Complaint – 600 Blk Front Street                       

 

The officer responded to the park for a report of a dog locked in a car with the windows up.  The dog had been in the car for over 45 minutes and appeared to be in distress.  The officers were able to open the vehicle and transported the dog to a pet hospital for treatment.  The owner was eventually located, cited and released.

Burglary – 5800 Blk 107th Pl SW           

 

R/P reported that her husband and she returned home after a three-day outing and found the house burglarized.  It appeared that they possibly interrupted the burglary.  A K9 was called out from The City of Snohomish.  No suspect was located.

Suspicious – 500 Blk Webster St.                                                                                   

 

The officer was dispatched to check on what appeared to be an unoccupied red van with the engine running.  The owner was located and he advised he was letting the interior cool off with the air conditioner before driving away.

DUI-arrest – 10100 Blk SR 525                                                                                

 

Officers were dispatched to a report of a blocking disabled vehicle.  It was determined to be a one-vehicle, non-injury collision.  The driver was intoxicated, arrested and later provided BAC samples of .180 and .161.  He was cited and released to a friend.

 

June 24

 

Suspicious – 11700 block SR 525                                                           


An employee reported an intoxicated male was in the parking lot.  When they tried to help him, he became belligerent.  When the officer arrived the male was extremely intoxicated and had been sleeping in his car.  The vehicle was safely off the roadway and the keys were on the dash.  He agreed to take a cab home.

Found property – 5100 block 126th ST SW                                   

 

A man reported that in May 2010, his car was prowled and his wallet was taken.  The wallet was found in a dumpster in Federal Way and returned to him by Waste Management.  He said there was a check inside that appeared to belong to a a male from Federal Way.  The check was booked into evidence.

Vehicle prowl            – 12700 block 52nd Place West                       

 

A woman reported that sometime during the previous night someone entered her vehicle.  A gold bracelet, sunglasses, Blackberry and an iPod were among the items missing.  There was damage to the rubber seal around one of the windows.

Warrant meet – Lynnwood PD.                                                                                   

 

Lynnwood PD arrested a male on two misdemeanor warrants out of Mukilteo.  He was booked into the Sno. County Jail by a Mukilteo officer.

 

June 25

 

Disturbance – 4800 Blk 76th St SW                       

 

Officer responded to a female screaming by a dumpster.  RP reported that it was a known female; when officers arrived she was GOA.

Harassment – 10500 Blk 47th Place W                    

 

Officer responded to the station and contacted a subject who stated that he was receiving several hundred text messages from another subject.  R/P stated that he had talked to the second subject’s girlfriend about relationship issues and was upset.  Officer spoke to both parties and they agreed to not communicate with each other.

Parking complaint – 10800 Blk Harbour Pointe BL

 

R/P reported several vehicles blocking the fire lane near the football field.  The officer issued fire lane violation citations to the vehicles.

Warrant Arrest – 600 Blk Front ST

 

A subject was arrested at Lighthouse Park for an Assault 4th DV warrant out of Mukilteo.  The subject was booked and lodged at the Snohomish County Jail.  .

Suspicious Vehicle – 9600 Blk Harbour PL

 

The officer saw a vehicle occupied and backed into a parking space at the location.  By the time the officer got up to the vehicle the subjects ran on foot.  No obvious vehicle prowls were located. The subjects were later located in the 9500 block of SR525.  They were identified and denied stealing or prowling any vehicles but didn’t have a good reason for being there.  All subjects were warned about trespassing, F.I.’d and released. 

 

June 26

 

Suspicious Incident – 5600 Blk 94 Pl SW

 

Complainant found a tow arrow in their yard.  They were afraid somebody might have been hurt by an arrow coming into the yard.  There was no way to tell where the arrow had come from.

Animal Problem – Lighthouse Park

 

Officer responded to the park regarding a report of a dog locked in a car.  Officers found a family loading up the car to leave, and the dog was not in any distress.

Assist Fire Department – 10500 Blk Har Pt Blvd

 

Officers responded to the location regarding a fall victim being treated by the fire department.  He had two large dogs with him and they need to be taken care of so firefighters could transport the patient. The patient's wife arrived at the scene as the officers were arriving, and took the dogs.

Warrant arrest – 11100 Blk Chennault Beach RD

 

A male was arrested at his residence for two warrants out of Ephrata totaling $50,700 bail and booked into the Snohomish County Jail. The male was also cited for possession of 40 grams or less of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Noise – 12300 Blk Harbour Pointe BL

 

R/P reported a group of adults drinking, BBQing and swearing next to the children’s playground.  R/P had to close his window due to the language.  The officer found numerous adults, young adults and children enjoying the nice summer weather.  No obnoxious behavior was seen or heard.

Warrant arrest/suspicious–Cyrus WY & Evergreen DR

 

The officer saw three males with backpacks riding bicycles on Harbour Pointe BL SW and turn south onto Cyrus WY.  The subjects were contacted and identified.  The backpacks contained miscellaneous tools.  The subjects denied being involved in any criminal activity and none was observed or discovered.  One had a warrant out of Redmond PD for reckless driving.  During a check of their persons, that subject ran off and jumped a fence into the businesses in the 12400 block of Cyrus.  He was later located trying to run across South RD and surrendered without incident.  Redmond PD agreed to do a meet and take custody of him on the warrant.  The other two agreed to leave the city.

 

June 27

 

Check welfare – 4800 Block 92 St S W

 

Officer checked the area of 92 St SW and SR-525 for a woman with an open container of alcohol having trouble walking.  Officers contacted a subject who was intoxicated, somewhat incoherent at the start and very belligerent towards both the police and the firefighters. The subject was transported to a hospital by the fire department for treatment.

Suspicious Incident – Lighthouse Park

 

Officer responded to the park regarding a request to control the population of the park.  The officer discovered that the R/P wanted a large kite excluded from the park.  The Officer determined that there were no rules prohibiting the kite, and that it did not present an immediate danger.  The kite was not prohibited.

LEA – 4400 Blk Chennault Beach RD

 

Officers were dispatched to a 911 cell phone hang up that kept bouncing between the above listed address and the 13000 Blk Beverly Park RD.  A female was telling someone to stop.  The officer made phone contact with the female who would only say that she was not alright and was being held in a basement.  Officers located the female and her boyfriend at his residence, located in the County.
