Animal Complaint –
5100 Blk 125th Place
R/P lives next door to the above residence. He said that the dogs
there bark all the time and he feels like a “captive” because he cannot
use his backyard. The officer observed the dogs barking for five
minutes and then the owner arrived home. She said that she was not
going to take the dogs in on such a nice day. The officer advised the
owner of the noise ordinance and she took her dogs inside.

Juvenile Problem – 9900 Block Marine View Dr
The officers responded to the area for five juveniles walking on the
tracks below the location. The officers contacted the juveniles and
warned them.

Juvenile Problem – 600 Blk Front Street
The officers responded to the Lighthouse Park for a found five-year-old
child by the swing set. His mother was located prior to officers’
arrival.

Narcotics – 600 Blk Front Street
While closing the park the officer observed two individuals smoking
marijuana. The officer cited and released the two for possession of
marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

DUI – 7600 Blk 49th Ave. W
The officer stopped vehicle for several traffic violations. The driver
appeared intoxicated, but refused SFSTs. The officer arrested the
driver but he refused to give a breath sample.

Juvenile Problem – Club House Lane/Harbour Pt
From their heads?
The officer responded to the location for several juveniles talking
about taking rocks from the wall and putting them in the roadway.
Neither the juveniles nor any rocks in the roadway were located.
May 15
Suspicious – 132nd St/ Beverly Pk. Rd.
What, no white powder?
Reporting party advised that a white passenger car with unknown license
plate number stopped at the vacant lot located at the above address and
put a black box in the culvert. The male then got back in the vehicle
and left towards the speedway. Upon arrival it was determined that the
box was a garage sale sign.

Verbal domestic – 88th St. SW/ SR 525
Officers responded to a report of a vehicle pulled over at the above
location and the driver hitting the passenger. Upon arrival the
Officers located a vehicle pulled to the side of the road and contacted
two subjects. Both parties advised that there had been no assault.
There were no visible injuries, verbal only.

Hit and run collision – 11700 Blk SR 525
That ‘thump’ wasn’t a clue?
An officer responded to a complaint of a hit and run collision at the
above address that occurred 2.5 hours earlier. The victim advised that
while walking in the parking lot she was struck by a vehicle and the
driver of that vehicle then left. Suspect driver, was located and
advised that she did not believe she struck anyone and thought the
victim and her friends were messing with her. Several witnesses were
located and confirmed that backed into and then left. The female was
cited for Negligent Driving Second Degree.

Narcotics complaint –
R/P called to report that she found drug paraphernalia in her son’s
room. Upon arrival it was determined that paraphernalia was found in
back yard and there was no way to prove it was her son’s. R/P was
advised to call if any paraphernalia or drugs were found on her son.

Parking complaint – 600 Blk Front St.
Sorry, lack of common sense doesn’t count
Officer received a report that people were parking in the handicapped
parking spaces without permits. Two vehicles were located and cited.

Traffic complaint – 600 Blk Front Street
The officers responded to the report of a male driver and female
passenger both drinking alcohol in a black and silver ford truck. The
vehicle was not located.

Verbal Domestic – 13200 Blk 45th Ave. W
R/P reported that his son argued with him about money and then threw
the front door open putting a hole in the wall with the doorknob. The
son left prior to officers’ arrival and was not located. R/P said that
he did not want to pursue charges for the hole in the wall and there
was no evidence of an assault.

Traffic Complaint – 5700 Blk 128th St. SW
Reporting party’s neighbor speeds and cuts the corner when leaving.
The reporting party was concerned that children will get hit.
Reporting party is requesting extra patrol.

Suspicious Person – 12300 Blk Harbour Pt. Blvd
Officer was dispatched to a report of a white male wearing a white
shirt, baseball cap and gray sweatpants taking pictures of the condos.
Male was also reportedly trying to look into units. Upon arrival
subject was located and was just taking pictures of the area to show
his parents back in Russia.

May 10Suspicious Incident –
4800 Blk 76 St SW R/P said sometime in the last 8 days an unknown actor entered the apartment and stained the mattress on her bed. There was no forced entry and nothing was missing.

Animal problem –
1500 Block SR-525Officers responded to a report of a white pit bull terrier at large in the roadway on SR-525 at 15Pl.
Officers found a white adult female pit bull with a broken/chewed leash in the yard of the above address. After tracking the dog through its I-D chip it was determined that the dog lived at that address.
Officers could not contact the dog owners and were not able to safely contain the dog at the residence. The dog was taken to PAWS.

Shoplifter In custody –
10200 Blk SR-525 Duh, I’m supposed to pay??Officer responded to the location regarding a juvenile shoplifter in custody. A 13-year-old boy had been detained with several items hidden in his backpack.
The store manager declined to press charges and contacted the boy’s father. The father agreed to deal with the problem.

5000 Blk Har. Pt BlvdFailing at lifeR/P reported damage to roof vents and air intake hood on roof of the school that occurred May 9.
There was clear video recorded of the suspect causing the damage. Under investigation.

Assist to Fire Dept –
12300 Blk Har Pt Blvd Officers responded to the above apartment at the request of firefighters. They were in transit for an elderly patient not breathing, and CPR was being administered with phone assistance. Officers arrived and assisted the medics in transporting the patient to hospital.

warrant serviceOfficers responded at the request of firefighters to the bridge over the BNRR tracks in the 100 block of SR-525.
Officers contacted two juveniles in the area. One of the subjects had an outstanding DYC warrant for Malicious Mischief and was booked on the warrant.

12700 Blk SR 525The officer responded to a 50-60 year-old white male wearing a dark sweatshirt and jeans hanging around the dumpster at the location. He was GOA.
May 11Res Burglary –
4800 Blk 76 St SW Victim reported a burglary that occurred a week earlier. The report was made because a laptop computer was discovered missing. Under investigation.

9200 Block 57 Av WThree dog nightOfficer checked the neighborhood for three large dogs running at large together. The dogs were not located.

Front St / SR-525Not the way to ‘catch’ the bus
Officer responded to the bus stop at the above location regarding a collision between an Everett Transit bus and a car. The officer found minimal damage and assisted with exchange of information.

Animal problem –
Camden Pl / Hartford WyOfficers responded to the area regarding a loose dog that had bitten a woman and remained at large. Officers located and captured the dog. The dog attempted to bite the ACO while it was being captured. The complainant stated that that dog had bitten her neighbor in the leg. The neighbor had already gone to The Everett Clinic for treatment. Officer found no tags or microchips on the dog. It was taken to PAWS for rabies quarantine.

4900 Blk 81st Place SW R/P reported that a known subject came over and tried to start a fight with her and her family. The subject left prior of officers’ arrival. R/P and her family did not want to pursue charges.

9200 Blk SR 525R/P reported that an unknown juvenile knelt down in the 92nd Street Park and she saw a flash of light like a lighter or a flashlight and thought that he might have been trying to start a fire. The officers found no evidence of arson and did not locate the juvenile.

12300 Blk Har. Pt. Blvd Yellow curb = welcome matThe officer responded to a vehicle parked in a fire lane in front of the above location. The officer cited the vehicle.
May 12Suspicious –
800 blk 4th StreetR/P reported an unknown male was in the alley behind his house. When he opened his door, the male ran off. He was not located.

Traffic collision – 3900 Block Harbour Pt SWBreaking the laws of physicsThe driver of Vehicle 1 changed lanes and collided with Vehicle 2, pushing it off the roadway into the woods. There were no injuries.

Burglary – 12300 blk Harbour Pt Blvd R/P reported that sometime between 0430 and 1215 hours someone forced open his front door. A jar of coins was missing.

Civil – 8400 blk SR 525R/P reported that he sold a used, broken gun to a friend who then fixed it and sold it to another party. That party did not pay for it and now the friend wants the R/P to report it stolen. He was concerned because the gun is still in his name and wanted to know what his options were. He was advised to complete the transfer of firearm paperwork.

Suspicious – 4200 blk Harbour Pt Blvd SWR/P reported that a male walked up to the building, looked into the windows and took some pictures. She said that he was walking away and “acting strange.” He was not located.

Burglary – 12300 blk Harbour Pt Blvd R/P reported that sometime between 0330 and 1600 hours someone entered his apartment. His flat screen TV was missing. There was no sign of forced entry.

Championship CircleThe officer responded to the above location for an alarm sounding and the smell of smoke. The homeowner had left food on the burner, setting off the smoke alarm. There was no fire.

Hit and run –
84th/SR 525.Look for a moron in a dented SUV
The officer was dispatched to a hit and run collision. A subject in an older gray SUV struck the back of a vehicle, pushing it into a third vehicle. The suspect vehicle was not found.

Patrol info. –
600 Front St.Dispatch advised of a disabled boat near the ferry terminal. The call was transferred to the Coast Guard and the boater was later able to make it safely to shore.
May 13Civil –
1200 blk Crownmill AveThe officer responded to the PD for a theft report. A resident reported that she paid a male $1637.00 to cover airfare for her son to travel to the Asian PGA but he never produced any tickets. She was advised it was a civil matter.

11700 SR 525Why we need a lawThe officer responded to the above area for a two-vehicle collision.
Vehicle 2 stopped for traffic and was struck by Vehicle 1 whose driver had dropped his cell phone and was looking down. There were no injuries.

Juvenile problem –
4500 Harbour Pt BlvdA woman reported another child was harassing her 7-year-old son. The officers made contact with both sets of parents and advised them to keep their children separated.

Assist law – Colorado.A Mukilteo man called from Colorado to report that while in Colorado with his wife she took their children and possibly left for California without him. The man told police he had spoken with local Colorado authorities and that they had referred him to Mukilteo officers.
Officers located a temporary court order from 2008 and could not find any current/valid order in the system. The officer contacted Colorado authorities and passed the information on to them so they could complete their investigation.

700 block 2nd StreetNext time, just buy a Happy MealAn employee reported that three subjects left without paying for a meal. Their vehicle was later located and the subjects were stopped.
A records check on one of the subjectsrevealed a misdemeanor warrant out of Everett. He was arrested and booked on the warrant. The restaurant declined to press charges on the theft.

11700 block SR 525.A night manager reported a possible water main leak in the parking lot. The leak appeared to be coming from next to a sprinkler box in the flowerbed. The responding officer suggested he contact the property manager.
May 14Welfare Check
12300 Blk Har. Pt. Blvd. Officer was dispatched to a welfare check at the above address. The reporting party was speaking with her mother by phone and was disconnected. The reporting party was unable to get a line back in. Officer contacted resident at the above address and it was determined that she was having phone problems and had already been able to re-contact the reporting party.

Juvenile Complaint
500 Blk Webster St.Reporting party advised that there were kids in the old cemetery throwing rocks down on the beach trying to hit people. Officer located the juveniles and they were advised not to throw rocks. No one was hit; they were throwing rocks into the water. Juveniles put the rocks away.

700 Blk Front St.Reporting party advised a brown Pit Bull with its owner took off after a couple of dogs. The reporting party did not feel safe. Dog and owner were not located.
