April 26

 

Patrol information  -  2600 SR 525

 

School officials called to advise that a 9-year-old male ran off campus on the trail from the school.  No police assistance was needed; the school just wanted police aware that staff members were following the child.  A short while later the school called back and advised the child returned to school and there were no problems.

Audible residential   - 10300 blk Marine View Dr.

 

Officers responded to an audible residential alarm at the above address.  Upon arrival two doors were found unsecured.  Residence was searched and no one was located inside.  There were no signs of forced entry and nothing appeared suspicious.  The residence was secured and a yellow card was left.

Traffic complaint  -  Chennault Bch. Rd/Harbour Pt. Blvd.

While enroute to the above alarm call an officer was flagged down by a school crossing guard and advised that a car pulled through the crosswalk and told her to get out of the way or he would run her over.  Officers located the vehicle at 6300 blk Webster Way  and contacted the driver.  He denied failing to stop.  He was advised that he would be receiving a citation in the mail for disregarding a flagger.

Vehicle prowl  -  11100 blk Chennault Beach RD               

 

R/P reported his vehicle was broken into between 0900-1700 hours and his in dash navigation system, alarm system, iPod and a suitcase were taken.  No sign of forced entry.

Public assist -  4400 blk 106th ST SW                        

 

A courier locked the keys in their vehicle containing medical labs that had to be taken to Everett.  The officer attempted to unlock it with negative results.  The courier already had assistance en-route.  NFA.

Welfare Check-4800 blk 76th ST SW                     

 

R/P reported hearing her neighbor's bathroom fan running for the last five days but had not seen the neighbor.  Officers found an unsecured window at the residence, searched it and didn't locate anyone.  The window was secured.

Suspicious-12600 blk SR525                             

 

R/P reported a strong odor of marijuana coming from a car that was parked in the parking lot of above location.  The vehicle left as officers were being dispatched - GOA.  The vehicle was registered out of Everett - UTL.  Everett PD was notified.

Warrant arrest/VUCSA-92nd ST Park                   

 

The officer arrested a subject for a Mountlake Terrace Minor Possession and/or Consumption warrant (bail $1500.00) and booked her into the Snohomish County Jail.  She also had several prescription pills in her possession that she did not have a prescription for (sent to prosecutor for charges).

 

April 27

 

Suspicious incident - Lighthouse Park

 

R/P reported seeing an object floating off shore from Lighthouse Park.  He said it might be a body, and had something red on it like a jacket.  Officers checked the area from the park and from above on SR-525 at 2 St. Officers used both binoculars and stabilized binoculars and found nothing.

Unwanted subject - 2600 Blk SR-525

 

Officers responded to the location regarding a student who had been suspended for the remainder of the school year, who refusing to leave campus.  The dispatch report said he was verbally arguing with staff.  Officers contacted the boy, who seemed to be unwilling to listen to the staff members.  Officers explained the situation to the child and advised him that he must leave. The child was warned that he would be arrested for criminal trespass if he returns to the location without prior permission.

Assist WSP - SR-525 South of Bev Park Rd

 

Officers responded to a report of an injury collision blocking at Bev Park Rd and SR-525.  Officers found the collision in the northbound lane south of Bev Park Rd.  Officers assisted WSP with traffic control while they conducted the investigation.

Animal problem  4 St/Church Av

 

Officer responded to the area to check for a chocolate Lab loose and aggressive towards neighborhood cats.  Officer found a large, male chocolate Lab in the roadway in the 400 block of Church Ave.  Officer followed the dog to the residence where a neighbor advised it lives.  No one was at the residence and the incident was referred to Animal Control.

 

Follow up/arrest-3400 Blk Wave DR, Everett              

 

The officer contacted the suspect on a previously reported theft case and subsequently arrested her for Attempted Trafficking of Stolen Property 1.  The female was transported and booked into Snohomish County Jail by the night shift.

Suspicious-5400 Blk 111th PL SW                        

 

R/P thought she heard someone upstairs inside her residence.  She came to the PD to report it via the phone in the vestibule and then went back home.  The officer checked the residence and found nothing suspicious.

Harassment-800 Blk 2nd ST                             

 

R/P reported that a male that just got out of jail was harassing the female that lives above her.  The officer was unable to locate the R/P but did contact the female in question.

Malicious Mischief-8700 Blk 46th PL W                   

                                                      

R/P reported a pellet from a pellet gun was shot through the front window of his residence between 6 p.m. April 26 and 6 p.m. April 27.

Involuntary commitment-600 Blk Park AV              

 

R/P reported that a woman texted him advising she had taken pills and wanted to end her life.  The woman denied taking any pills and said she contemplated suicide for a minute but changed her mind.  She was transported to Colby Campus by Mukilteo Fire.

                                                       

April 28

 

Theft                    5000 Harbour Pt Blvd         

 

R/P reported that her son's cell phone was stolen from his Harbour Pt Middle School gym locker between 1130 and 1230 April 27.  There was one call made since the phone was taken.  The case is under investigation.

Juvenile problem          12300 Harbour Pt Blvd    

 

The officer met with a parent who was upset because one of her daughter's classmates made a lewd comment to her.  She was advised to contact the school principal.

Agency assist               9400 Blk 48th Ave W              

 

The officers responded to the above apartment for a CPR in progress on a 94-year-old female.  Upon arrival, she was conscious and alert.  She was transported to Colby by the medics.

Animal problem - 600 Blk Front St.                             

 

The officer located a deceased seal on the beach.  The seal had an orange spray paint marking on it that likely indicated it had been examined by a Fish and Wildlife Agent.  Another agent requested that the seal be left at the location.

Civil problem - 5200 Blk 81st Pl. SW                             

 

R/P requested contact regarding some problems with his son.  R/P was concerned about possible drug use and increasingly more disruptive behavior.  R/P also had some questions regarding the possible repossession of some personal belongings.  The officer answered his questions.

Suspicious - 500 Blk 5th St.

 

One clean window                                     

 

The homeowner reported being awakened by something striking the house.  Officers did not find any problems.  The R/P believes it may have been a bird striking the window.

 

April 29

 

Follow up/arrest     10800 blk Harbour Pt Blvd    

 

Stupid is as stupid does

 

The officers responded to above location for a follow up to a threats complaint.  They determined who had made the threats.  With the assistance of Edmonds PD and Lynnwood PD the subject was located at a residence in Lynnwood.  He was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail for making threats to bomb or injure.

Verbal domestic     11100 blk Chennault Bch Rd          

 

The officers responded to the above location for a report of a possible physical domestic.  The two subjects had been arguing and there had been no assault.  One of the subjects agreed to go for a walk to let things calm down.

Agency assist               4600 blk Camden Place         

 

The officer responded to the above residence at the request of Bullhead City Arizona police to inform the resident that his father had passed away.  The officer conveyed the news and provided contact information for Bullhead City PD.

 

April 30

 

Animal Problem - 400 blk 4 St

 

Neighbor reported the Chocolate Lab that lives at the above location was out in the neighborhood again.  Officers responded twice to the same complaint and both times the dog was returned to his yard by Officers.  A door hanger warning was left at the residence.

 

Suspicious Incident - 6700 blk Waterton Ci

 

Complainant was contacted by an investigator from the "Georgia Department of Law" advising him that they were investigation a woman for fraudulently using his SSN to establish some accounts.  He requested that we document the incident.

Traffic complaint - Beverly Park Rd

 

Officer checked the area for a blue and white motorcycle reported to be doing wheelies while headed westbound on SR-525.  The motorcycle was not located.

 

Traffic complaint - ferry dock

 

Officer checked for a silver Jeep leaving the Ferry from Clinton with an extremely intoxicated driver.  The Officer was able to watch the vehicle as it drove into Everett eastbound on Mukilteo Blvd.  The vehicle driving was good, at the speed limit and without any weaving.  The Officer had dispatch notify Everett P D to check on the vehicle too.

Officer responded to the above location for a 9-11 hang up call and found no problems.

Invol MHP Referral


Officers responded to the above address regarding a woman's 32-year-old daughter out of control, ranting, paranoid and delusional stating that she wanted to die.  Officers contacted the daughter who was delusional and paranoid.  She had sent text messages to her husband stating that she wanted to die.  She was transported involuntarily for a medical and MHP evaluation at Stevens Hospital.

Suspicious-10500 47th PL W                   

 

R/P called dispatch from vestibule requesting to talk to an officer.  His 21-year-old granddaughter called him stating she was in jail in Canada on drug charges.  He then got a call from a subject asking him to wire $2800.00 for her bail.  He wanted to find out if she was actually in jail or if she was trying to scam him.  He was provided with the phone number for the R.C.M.P.

Welfare Check-2nd ST & SR525                        

 

A ferry employee reported the driver in a car was unresponsive and possible sleeping.  The subject and vehicle then moved into the ferry holding area.  WSP had no troopers on duty.  The driver was contacted and was okay and was not under the influence.  NFA.

Suspicious-4300 blk Harbour Pointe BL SW              

 

R/P reported a maroon Jeep Cherokee had been parked for an hour watching the police and was currently stopped near above location.  Unable to contact R/P.  Officers located a female in a green SUV that was waiting for 2O2 to finish writing a citation to her ex as he had her son with him and she needed to pick up the child.

Disturbance-600 blk Front St                        

 

A female passerby reported a disturbance involving an intoxicated female and two males.  The female wanted to drive and the males didn't want her to.  They ultimately got in a cab together and left.  GOA.

 

May 1

 

Traffic Complaint - 600 Front Street               

 

The officer responded to a recklessly driven motorcycle in the area.  According to the complainant, the driver had a blue helmet.   The officer located a motorcycle parked in the Lighthouse Park that matched the description.  The officer warned the driver about reckless driving. He denied the allegations.

Suspicious - 3800 blk Harbour Pt. Blvd SW         

 

The officer responded to a suspicious vehicle in the above location's parking lot.  The passenger of the vehicle was extremely intoxicated and was getting sick.  The officer ensured that the driver was not intoxicated before letting him drive away.

Public Assist - 11700 blk SR 525                   

 

The officer responded to the location for a juvenile that put handcuffs on and did not have the key.  The juvenile's father was a Security guard and the juvenile was playing with his handcuffs.  After freeing the juvenile, the officer gave him and his friends a ride home.

Warrant Arrest x 2 - 12700 blk SR 525              

 

The officer saw two suspicious males associated with a black van that were possibly prowling cars at above location.  The officer stopped the vehicle and the passenger had a felony warrant for vehicle prowl 1st degree.  The driver played the name game, but officers eventually identified him and he had a warrant for contempt of court.  Both were booked into the county jail.

DUI - Harbour Pt. Blvd. SW/ SR525

 

Officer responded to a report of a purple Volkswagen with a driver that fell asleep at the wheel.  Reporting party woke the subject up.  Vehicle was located at the Money Saver Mini Storage lot in unincorporated Snohomish County.  Vehicle was unoccupied.  Information was referred to Snohomish County.

Traffic Complaint - Harbour Pt. Blvd/ SR 525

 

Officer received a report of a light gold KIA mini-van weaving in and out of its lane while northbound on SR 525.  Vehicle was located unoccupied in the registered owners driveway. 

 

May 2

 

Animal Problem  - 12500 blk 54 Av W

 

Alaska Malamute/Sheppard mix dog found at the above location with a name tag of "Diva".  No license located for the dog.  The finder was going to take the dog to PAWS if they could not locate the dog owner.

Officers responded to the above apartment regarding the sounds of a woman screaming and "thumping" from inside.  Officers contacted a subject who said he had been arguing with his girl friend.  She had left on foot before Officers arrived.  There was no evidence of assault.

Neighbor Problem - 13000 blk 47th Place W    

 

R/P was upset because her neighbor parks in front of her house.  The vehicle was legally parked and the officer suggested that she either ask him nicely to move it or go through the homeowner's association.
