of a vehicle that has been parked there for over four months. The vehicle was marked and a warning
notice posted.

R/P reported she was being harassed by a neighbor
regarding some fence repairs. The
incident is under investigation.

Officers were dispatched to a report of an unconscious
male who may have overdosed on narcotics.
The male was transported by aid to the hospital.

Officers were dispatched to a report of two subjects
arguing inside the apartment. They
were arguing about rent money. The
argument did not become physical.

The officer responded to a non-injury collision. Vehicle 1 failed to yield to
Vehicle 2. The collision was non-reportable.

Traffic/possession of paraphernalia 10900 Blk SR 525
The officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction
and found the driver was suspended out of South Carolina and Washington. A marijuana pipe was observed in plain
view. She was cited and released
and instructed not to drive.

R/P reported that he received a yearend tax statement
from Bank of America for an unknown account. B of A said that the account has his name, social security
number and driver's license number with an address in New Jersey. The account has since been closed.

Blk SR 525
R/P reported a suspicious male loitering inside and
around the store. She said that
the male asked her if she was there alone. Officers contacted a subject and he said he was waiting for
a ride.

R/P reported a suspicious white van in the parking
lot. She said that there was a
suspicious male inside the van.
Officers contacted the subject who was the janitor for the school. He was feeding his dog and waiting to
go to work.

Assault 2-DV
R/P came to the PD to report being choked and threatened
by her husband sometime yesterday.
R/P wanted information on how to deal with the situation, but did not
want her husband arrested. R/P
refused to give a statement or provide her husband's name or whereabouts. Under investigation

Hit and run - Chennault Beach/SR 525.
The R/P reported that a blue Acura struck her vehicle and
the driver then fled the location.
The incident is under investigation.

Order violation/recovered stolen property - 3900 Blk
Harbour Pointe Blvd
R/P reported her ex-boyfriend was at her hotel room in
violation of a no contact order.
Officers located him inside and arrested him for violation of the no
contact order. Search incident to
his arrest revealed he was in possession of someone else's credit card.
Further investigation resulted in the recovery of a
stolen Garmin GPS unit reported stolen a couple of days ago as well as other
suspicious property. He was booked
into Snohomish County Jail on the order violation. The case is still under investigation as concerns the
recovered stolen property.
April 7
3 veh blocking accident 84 St SW 1SR-525
Officers responded to the above address regarding a
semi-vs-SUV-vs-Community Transit bus collision with injuries. Officers found
the entire roadway blocked with a double dump truck a white Suburban, and a CT
bus. The trailer of the dump truck had separated from the towing tractor,
pushed the tractor through the intersection, striking the SUV and forcing it
back into the bus. There were no injuries, the roadway was blocked for an hour
and forty-five minutes, and the driver of the double dump truck was cited.

Officer responded to the above 9-11 hang up call and
found no problems.

Suspicions incident 5300 blk Harbour Pt Blvd
Officer responded to the above location regarding a
report of drug paraphernalia on the back patio. The officer found a hookah pipe
on the table. There was no evidence of drugs on, in or around the pipe. NFA.

Officer assisted city officials in serving a stop work
order on the above property. The officials advised that the order had been
served previously and somehow had been lifted. They requested that officers
check periodically to make certain that NO WORK IS DONE AT THIS LOCATION until
they are notified by City Hall.

Runaway returned-3600 blk 132 ST SE
Dayshift requested officers check the above address for a
runaway. No answer at the
door. Mother called a short time
later and reported that the runaway had called her from Alderwood Mall wanting
to come home. He was picked up by
his father. Removed from WACIC/NCIC
and BOLO cancelled.

DUI-8400 blk Evergreen WY, Everett
Everett PD Dispatch reported a vehicle was possibly
headed to Mukilteo and it was driven by an HBD female. The officer contacted the driver at the
R/O's address and subsequently arrested her for DUI. Refused BAC.
Cited and released.

Information-10500 47th PL W
R/P reported getting a text message from her friend who
advised she didn't like where she was, was unhappy and said goodbye. The subject was supposed to live at an
unknown apartment in Mukilteo.
Officers determined that she lived at an apartment building off of 92nd
.
Officers got no answer at the door. An apartment maintenance worker
responded with the key so officers could make entry. Officers found the subject and her boyfriend asleep. They were okay and the subject was
determined not to be a danger to herself or others.

10500 47 Pl W
Officer responded to the above 9-11 hang up call and
found no problems. Dispatch said that the call originated at the police
department. The phone number
provided by dispatch was not a City of Mukilteo phone number. The officer called the number and it
was a non-working number.

Officer responded to the post office regarding a found
loose dog. The officer impounded
the dog, and discovered that this was the dog owner had been cited twice before
for allowing the dog to run at large.

A student reported his T Mobile Google phone was stolen
at Kamiak High School on 04-05-10 between about 1430-1530 hours.

Assault IV DV/Malicious Mischief II
Officers were dispatched to a physical DV situation in
the city. Subsequent investigation
revealed a man came home from night school early and found his wife in an
uncompromising position with his friend in the friend's car. The female ran to their apartment and
the friend exited his car.
The man rammed his car into his friend's car, which in
turn collided with a parked van.
The man went to the apartment and dragged his wife down the stairs in an
attempt to throw her out of the apartment, resulting in abrasions. The man was booked and lodged at Snohomish County Jail.

A resident reported people acting strange and going in
and out of a car. Officers contacted a male, his girlfriend and his mother who
were trying to retrieve his car that he had left parked there. The man was arrested on a DWLS 3rd
Degree warrant out of Mill Creek.
He was booked into Snohomish County Jail.

A woman reported a vehicle was parked in the ferry lot
and occupied by two people that wouldn't wake up. Officers contacted the female driver and her passenger. Stephanie was arrested for Physical
Control and provided two Breathalyzer test samples. Cited and released.

Civil 4800
Blk 73rd Place SW
R/P reported receiving a call from a collection
agency. She said the collector was
rude and threatened to send someone to her house. The officer called the agency and spoke with a subject who
said that he was calling regarding a tenant of the R/P who was in
collections. He was asked to not
call the R/P again.

Officers were dispatched to a report of a
disturbance. Family members were
upset about a recent incident and wanted a family member to move out. Officers stood by while the subject
packed some belongings and left. A
civil standby may be requested again in the morning.

A bicyclist reported that there were several vehicles
parked illegally along SR 525. The
officer notified a nearby business who advised the customers to park elsewhere.

R/P reported that his son purchased marijuana from
someone in the Mukilteo area. The
incident is under investigation.

The officer was dispatched to check on an occupied
vehicle parked along the side of the roadway. The officer contacted a male sleeping in his vehicle. He agreed to leave the area.

R/P reported two young females were soliciting the sale
of energy packages. When her
daughter told them she was not interested, they swore at her. They were not located.

R/P reported that sometime between 2130 and 0820 hours
the previous night her Dodge Caravan had been stolen from her parking
space.

The officer was dispatched to an area check for a
possible DUI in a white Lexus. The
driver was contacted and was not intoxicated. She agreed to drive more carefully.

Suspicious/Assist Law - 3600 Blk 121st
A man reported to dispatch that an hour earlier a male
associated with a Suburban punched him in the face and threatened him with a
gun. It was determined that the
incident had occurred in the county.

Welfare check - 11100 Blk Chennault Beach Rd.
R/P requested to speak to an officer and would not
provide dispatch with any additional details. It was determined that the R/P was depressed. He did not appear suicidal and refused
any medical assistance.

The officer was dispatched to check on a possible DUI
near the ferry holding lane. The
driver was subsequently arrested for DUI.
He provided a BAC samples and was booked into Sno. County Jail.

Death investigation - 10200 Blk Harbour Pl.
Officers were dispatched to the unattended death of an
elderly male. The male was under
hospice care and a non-resuscitation order was in place. The medical examiner authorized the
release of the deceased to a local funeral home.

Public assist - 100 Blk Park Avenue
A male reported that his vehicle had been locked inside
the gate at the NOAA property. He
was advised he would have to wait until they unlocked the gate in the morning
to retrieve the vehicle, as we no longer had a key to access the property.

Assist to Fire - 9300 Blk 56th Ave. W.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a possible house
fire. It was determined to be a
chimney fire already brought under control by the homeowner. The fire department responded to
assist. There were no injuries.

Officers were dispatched to check on a female that was
heard screaming loudly in her garage.
It was determined that the female became startled when she saw a rat in
the garage.
