March 22

 

Theft – 1600 block Highland Terrace Ct.                                                                                   

 

The officer was flagged down by the homeowner regarding the theft of an access device.  The incident is possibly related to a domestic assault earlier in the day in which a male was arrested.  Case is under investigation.

Malicious Mischief – 8300 block 53rd Ave. W.                                                           

 

Officers were dispatched to a report of a male that broke a window at the residence and then ran off.  It was determined that a known male was intoxicated and broke the window.  He was not located.

Harassment – 8000 block 48th Pl. W.

                                                                                   

A man reported receiving a threatening phone call from an unknown subject.  The officer contacted the subject and he agreed to stop calling.

Disturbance – 8500 block SR 525                                                                                   

 

The officer responded to a reported of loud, intoxicated guests in one of the hotel rooms.  The subjects agreed to quiet down.

Suspicious                        12300  block Harbour Pt Blvd

 

A woman reported that she just woke up and thought that her apartment had been burglarized.  The officer found that the woman had sustained a concussion in the past 24 hours and was somewhat incoherent.  She was transported to a local hospital by private ambulance.  There was no evidence of a burglary.

Assault 4° DV                                                           

 

The officers responded to the above residence for a disturbance between a woman and her boyfriend  It was determined that the boyfriend had assaulted her.  A search incident to arrest showed the male to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana, and a knife.  He was booked on all four charges.

The officer met with the complainant at the PD regarding a suspicious incident that happened March 19.  The RP saw a suspicious white van in the parking lot of Olympic View Middle School.  She was informed that the incident had already been investigated and determined to be the janitor.

ID Theft                                    13500 block 42nd Court                                   

 

A man reported that a loan for $1,000 had been opened using his information in 2007 without his permission or knowledge.

Lost dog                        11100 block Chennault Beach Rd                       

 

A man reported his Yorkshire Terrier missing.  It had no ID and no tags.  He would like a call if it is found; his number is on record at the police station.

 

 

March 23

 

Malicious mischief                        11800 Blk Wilmington Way                       

 

R/P reported that sometime during the previous night someone broke the rear, driver’s side window of her vehicle.  She said that she heard her car alarm go off at about 0600 but did not see anyone around and did not notice if the window was broken.

Theft                                                4900 Blk 95th St SW                                    

 

The officer responded to the above location for a report of theft of gasoline from a vehicle.  The complainant reported that sometime during the previous night someone stole about $5 worth of gas from her vehicle’s tank.  She requested extra patrol.

Hit and run – 5200 Blk 84th St. SW.

The officer was dispatched to a report of a subject in a Dodge truck that backed into an unoccupied vehicle in the apartment complex parking lot and then left.  The driver was located a few blocks away and cited.

Reindeer audition?           

 

R/P requested assistance because her dog was on her neighbor’s roof.  Prior to the officer’s arrival, she called back and said that she figured out how the dog got on the roof and no longer needed assistance.

The officers responded to the above area for a report of a male who was on the ground, then got up holding his leg.  The officer found that the male had sprained his ankle after tripping over a curb.  He had already called someone to pick him up.  He declined aid.

Juvenile problem                        12300 Blk Harbour Pt Blvd                       

 

The officer responded to the above location for a report of a 10-year-old male who brought a steak knife to school.  He was suspended from school and released to his parents.

Disturbance – 12700 Blk SR 525           

 

Talk about proof of being underage!                                                                       

 

Officers were dispatched to the location for a disturbance reported by the clerk.  The clerk reported that a customer swore at him and threatened to beat him up after the clerk refused to sell the customer lottery tickets and cigarettes without identification.  The subject and a companion left in a silver sedan and were not located.  The clerk wanted the subjects trespassed if located.

Oh, please, that one is sooo 1970s!

 

R/P reported that someone left a burning bag of feces on her front porch.  There was no damage and no suspects.

 

March 24

 

Warrant service  10800 blk Harbour Pt. Blvd

 

Officers were dispatched to above location for a subject that had a warrant.  Upon arrival officer took the subject into custody for an at risk youth warrant.  He was transported and booked into Denney Youth Center.  He was also removed from WACIC/NCIC as a runaway.

Welfare check     12200 blk Village Center

 

Officers were dispatched to the above address to check on subject.  She called to report drug use in her home and when dispatch asked for an address she sounded scared and was disconnected.  Upon arrival the subject was located at her place of work.  She advised that she is having problems with her 21-year-old son and he was doing drugs in her home, which is located outside the city of Mukilteo.  She said that when she called 911 her son left and she came in to work.  She advised that she was OK and that she would call 911 if she needed help when she got home.

Reporting party’s husband was getting text messages from a coworker’s wife.  Reporting party did not want her to text her husband and wanted advises on what to do.  Officer answered reporting party’s questions.

Harassment  9400 blk Hidden Forest Dr

 

Officer responded to the above address for a harassment complaint.  Upon arrival it was determined that the callers ex-boyfriend was texting and calling her saying that he will kill her new boyfriend.  Officer took a report.

Hole in one head

 

Reporting party advised that someone was hitting golf balls into her yard.  Subject was located and agreed to stop

Vehicle prowl/ theft   600 blk Front St

 

Officer was stopped by theft victim at Lighthouse Park and advised that a theft had just occurred and the suspects just left in a black Jeep Cherokee with a red stripe down the side. 

Suspects were located and stopped by Lynnwood task force members and turned over to Mukilteo officers.  One subject was booked into DYC for theft 3 and the other was released to his mother.  Vehicle was impounded as evidence until a search warrant can be obtained

 

 

March 26

 

Suspicious                        12300 Blk Harbour Pt Blvd                       

 

R/P reported that when she arrived home she found the door handle to her apartment had been broken off.  The officer found the handle broken off and lying on the ground.  There was no entry to the residence.

The officer responded to a vehicle prowl that occurred overnight.  The rear window was broken and a diaper bag and a gym bag were missing.

The officers responded to the above area for a report of two juvenile females who were seen driving while holding a bottle of vodka.  They were not located.

Res. burg/Theft/Vehicle Prowl/Arrest – 8700 Blk 46th Pl. W.           

 

Off to a great start in life          

 

The homeowner came home and interrupted a burglary.  The suspects fled on foot and a K-9 track was conducted with the assistance of both Edmonds and Lynnwood K-9.  Three suspects were eventually contacted and all three were later booked into the Denney Youth Center.

False statement/warrant arrest – 12300 Blk H.P. Blvd                                   

 

Officers were dispatched to a report of a male looking into vehicle windows in the parking lot.  Officers contacted a male seated in his vehicle in the parking lot.  The male had no reasonable explanation as to why he was there, provided officers with someone else’s driver’s license and was in possession of another person’s social security card and another driver’s license out of Ellensburg. 

He was cited for two gross misdemeanor offenses and booked into the jail on a warrant out of Kirkland for vehicle prowl.  Officers were unable to find any recent evidence of prowls at the apartment complex.

 

March 27

 

Juvenile problem                        10500 47th Place West           

 

Was that so hard?          

 

R/P reported that her 15-year-old son had not come home and she knew where he was.  She was advised to go get him.

Parking complaint                        13000 Blk 47th Pl West                       

 

R/P reported that the neighbors park their car in front of her house every day and she wants it towed.  The officer spoke to the RO and they said they would move the vehicle at least once every 24 hours as required by ordinance.  The officer marked the car and will check on it in 24 hours.

Missing person                        4800 Blk 92nd Street SW                       

 

R/P reported that her husband was lost on a trail behind the 92nd Street Park.  She said he has dementia.  He was eventually located down a muddy trail where he had fallen.  The fire department assisted in transporting him out of the ravine.  He was not injured.

The officers responded to the above apartment for a disturbance between a man and his wife. It was determined that the female had slapped her husband.  Officers booked her into the Snohomish County Jail.

The officer was dispatched to a report of a an elderly female who stated that she had been abandoned.  Contact was made with a subject who suffers from dementia and was confused.  Officers contacted a family member to stay with her.

Injured Cat – Goat Trail/SR 525.                                                                                   

 

The officer was dispatched to a report of a cat struck by a car.  The cat appeared to be seriously injured and was visibly suffering.  The officer was unable to identify the owner and the cat was transported to an emergency animal hospital in Lynnwood where it was expected to be euthanized.

 

March 28

 

Theft                                                11700 Blk SR 525                                   

 

The officer responded to the location for a shoplifting that had just occurred.  A female, about 35 years old, walked out of the store with three packages of meat without paying for them.  The case is under investigation.

Flat as a pizza?                       

 

The officers responded to the above area for a report of juveniles standing in the street and jumping out of the way when cars approach.  The officers contacted three juvenile who said that they had crossed the street to get pizza.  They agreed to use the crosswalk in the future.

R/P reported that he had a vehicle shipped here from Texas and somewhere along the way it had been damaged and items taken from it.  He agreed to file a complaint with the transport company.

Oops!                       

 

A passerby reported that a young couple had left a very young child in their car when they went into the business.  The officer met with the mom who said that she had accidentally left the child behind.

Collision – H.P. Blvd. SW/SR 525.                                                                       

 

 

Vehicle 1 ran a red light and struck the side of Vehicle 2.  The driver of Vehicle 2 was transported to a local hospital with possible neck injuries.
