Officer responded to the location building for a vehicle
prowl that occurred overnight. Upon arrival it was determined that the fully
fenced yard had been entered and the driver’s side window of one of the trucks
had been broken out. Nothing was taken.

Art class FAIL meeting
Officer responded to the location for a report of vandalism
that occurred overnight. Upon arrival it was determined that one of the buildings
had some graffiti on the side of it. Did not appear to be gang related.

Assault 2 -
10100 block SR-525
When you hit bottom, stop digging!
A man confronted a female as she was breaking the window out
of his car. The female stated she thought it was her ex-boyfriend’s car. As she
was trying to flee the area she struck another victim with her car and then
fled the area. Officers stopped the female a short distance away, she admitted
to breaking the window, was arrested and booked into Snohomish County Jail.

R/P requested a telephone call as
some juveniles said they were going to call the police because they thought she
hit a vehicle in the parking lot. The officer did not see any damage to the
vehicle or any vehicles in the area. Info only.

Theft - 12300 blk Harbour Pt.
Blvd.
Officer responded to a theft
complaint at the Mukilteo PD front counter that occurred at the above address.
The reporting party’s checking account number had been used for a funds
transfer that took place in Lynnwood. Reporting party advised that she had not
lost any of her financial cards or documents.

Officer recovered a vehicle that
had been stolen out of Seattle. Vehicle was missing stereo, was not damaged and
was drivable. Registered owner responded and took possession.

report of a male lying on the street and conscious. No description was provided.
Area was checked and subject was GOA.

Residential Burglary - 4600
blk 71 PL SW
Realtor arrived at the above
residence to check on it and heard someone go out the garage door. Residents of
house are out of town and house is for sale. Belongings had been stacked in
garage. The R/P advised that an older bronze Volvo was parked across the street
upon his arrival but was gone after he heard someone exit the house. Neighbor
also saw a large white sedan parked in the area with either BC or Pennsylvania
license plates on it. Area was checked neither vehicle was located.

Reporting party called to report
that someone had forged some of his company checks and paid their rent with
them. Case under investigation.

Pointe BL
R/P (of Granite Falls) wanted to
pick up her daughter from where she was staying with friends while her father
was out of the country. There is no parenting plan or legal custody arrangement
in place. The daughter was staying with friends with her father’s permission.
The R/P was advised of her rights as a biological parent.

Narcotics –
R/P reported that someone offered
to sell narcotics to her son a few minutes prior. Officers contacted the R/P
and concluded she was concerned about her son not obeying and not wanting to be
home. The son expressed concerns about his mother’s mental health. She was
determined not to be a danger to herself or others.

reported that her mother was trying to report her as a runaway and had
questions. Officer answered her questions.

The stench of FAIL is hard to
cover
The officer observed three males
spray painting on a window at above location. The subjects saw the officer and
ran. The subjects were located three minutes later and detained. Subsequent
investigation revealed that one of the boys entered an unlocked door at the school
and removed a can of spray Febreeze which he used to spray letters on a window.
No damage and the location declined to pursue charges. The subjects were
released to their parents.

Juvenile Problem - 5200 blk 81st Pl SW
The officer responded to the above area for a report of
juveniles playing basketball and interfering with traffic. They were GOA.

Watch your kid!
The officer was dispatched to the above location for 911
hang-ups. This is an ongoing problem and was cleared as patrol information.

Involuntary committal –
8400 blk SR 525.
The officer was flagged down by an employee of the above
business who reported that a female had been causing a disturbance inside the
business and then left on foot. The officer located the subject a few blocks
away. She was wandering around in a daze and talking nonsensically. She was
transported to Providence Hospital on an involuntary committal. Arrangements
were made for her 15-year-old son to stay with a family friend.

R/P reported coming home this evening and finding her
personal belongings scattered around the apartment. Several misc. items were
missing. The burglary occurred some time over the past 12 hours.

46th/76th.
Be on the lookout for an idiot
R/P reported seeing a laser beam pointed at a plane from an
origination point approx. three blocks east of his location, possibly north of
the runway in Everett. The R/P did not see anything at ground level. Officers
made an extensive area check but did not locate any evidence of the incident.
SnoCom forwarded the incident to the FAA and Everett PD.

Assault 2 DV/Warrant Arrest – 8400 blk 44th
Ave. W.
Officers were dispatched to a report of a disturbance
between a male and female for the past hour. Officers contacted a male and
female who were in an intense argument. During the argument, the male
reportedly armed himself with a knife and threatened to kill the female. He was
arrested and booked into the Sno. County Jail for assault and a felony warrant
out of Ellensburg.

Wonder why he’s a former employee?
The officer met with the RP at
the PD regarding a possible ID theft complaint. The RP said that he recently
fired his business manager but the former manager continues to write checks.
The RP wanted the incident documented.

R/P reported that her mother drank a few sips of bleach
earlier in the day. R/P said that her mother had a history of mental illness
and suicide. She was transported to Providence by the medics.

R/P reported that her 7-year-old juvenile throwing things at
a sibling. The juvenile stopped and there were no other problems to report.

Unwanted Subject –
Anchor Village
Officers were dispatched to a
report of an unwanted subject possibly trying to force entry into the
apartment. Officers contacted a subject who had been knocking on the front door
in an attempt to speak with his ex-girlfriend. He had apparently already been
asked to leave earlier by dayshift. He was advised that if he was contacted
there again he would be arrested.

Officer observed a collision
between an SUV and semi tractor-trailer rig at the above location. The SUV
struck the semi when trying to cut in front of it. There was minor damage to
the SUV and no damage to the semi. Officer assisted with exchanging
information.

above apartment regarding the son of the caller being there and not welcome.
Officers contacted a subject and determined that he lives at the location and
was attempting to retrieve some of his possessions. He said that he was moving

down five large trees on her property last night. Both parties believed the
trees were under their dominion and control. Under investigation.

R/P reported a vehicle hit an
unoccupied parked vehicle and then fled. The driver fled on foot and was not
located. The passenger and owner of the vehicle stayed in the vehicle but
claimed he did not know the driver’s last name. Under investigation.

R/P reported locking her keys in
her vehicle with her three-year-old asleep inside. The officer assisted in
requesting a tow truck to unlock the vehicle.

parked on the street for three weeks and the owners who live in the area
refused to move it when asked. A parking violation notice was left on the

by four teenagers was speeding, weaving in and out of traffic and blacking out
their lights. The driver was contacted at and denied driving reckless. Advised

discovered that two subjects were trying to find out if there were any

Officer found a stop sign
post knocked down and the stop sign was missing. Also in the area a school
crossing sign had been knocked down. Officer notified Public Works.

Veh 1 pulled out to turn left
onto SR-526 from 40 Av W. into the path of a westbound Suburban on SR-526. There
was severe damage to Veh 1, although the driver of Veh 1 had no injuries.

Car-vs.-Pole Collision 44
Av W/85 Pl SW
Officers responded to an
unknown injury car versus power pole accident at the above location. The driver
was shaken but not injured. She struck the power pole guy wire and went
airborne, landing in the ditch on the east side of 44 Av W and on the
pedestrian pathway. Witnesses stated that the car went over 20 feet in the air,
completely airborne. The driver was cited for Negligent Driving 2nd.

Resident heard someone moving
around in the garage overnight. They found that overnight an unlocked door was
used to enter the garage and a very expensive set of snow skis were stolen.
Officer requested that they call 911 if they hear someone in their garage.

Officers responded to a commercial burglary alarm at the
location. Officers discovered people were working out in the weight room. An
open window was located at the Welcome Center. The building was checked,
appeared okay and was secured.

Mental–
R/P reported her apartment had
been broken into several times. She also reported her condo is in foreclosure,
she was on several medications and was going to be homeless. She couldn’t
remember if she might have sold some of her property. Extra patrol request.

Suspicious–800 Blk SR525
R/P reported a male in the bushes
yelling, screaming and threatening to kill himself, last seen running north on
SR525. An officer saw the subject running by and then hid next to the overpass.
When the officer attempted to contact the subject (only wearing a shirt) he
quickly vanished under the overpass.
Another officer saw the subject
and a short foot pursuit ensued. The subject was detained without incident. He
said he had been at a party and called his father to come pick him up from
Bellevue. He took off his pants because they were soiled. He had cuts and
scrapes on him apparently from running through the bushes. He was transported
to Stevens Hospital by the Mukilteo Fire Department ambulance.

DUI–7900 block SR525
R/P reported an intoxicated
subject was driving around the parking lot and there were three subjects trying
to start a fight with him. The vehicle left south on SR525. The vehicle was
stopped at Harbour Pointe BL and 48th AV W. Subsequent
investigation, including two Breathalyzer tests, led to the male’s arrest. He
was cited and released and also trespassed from the business.
March 21
Suspicious Person - 8000 Blk SR-525
Officers checked the location
for a male in his 30s with a shaved head wearing a trench coat, standing in the
lobby. Officers did not locate the subject but did find a janitor working in
the building.

Disturbance - Double Eagle Dr/Bayview Dr
Officers responded to the
area regarding a woman screaming for help. Officers contacted a female who was
aggressive and waiving her hands wildly while yelling at the Officers. Officers
determined that the subject’s husband had dropped her and a child at a nearby
address with their daughter and left. The Husband left and she became upset and
ran around the neighborhood screaming for help. Officers contacted the husband
who returned to the area and picked her up.

Traffic Complaint - 92 St
S W/57 Av W
Caller advised that there had
been a road rage incident at the above location. The driver of another vehicle
had stopped and yelled at her and then kicked the side of her car. The caller
and her husband had walked around the neighborhood trying to locate the other
vehicle and could not. There was no license number available. The officer also
looked for the vehicle and did not locate it.
March 21
Residential Burglary–13300 Blk
Harbour Heights DR
Officers responded to an audible
residential burglary alarm at the residence. Upon arrival officers found an
open side gate and the rear French door had been kicked in. The residence was
checked and no one was located. It appeared nothing was missing or disturbed. A
K9 (Everett PD) track was conducted with negative results. Homeowner was
notified via cell phone.

R/P reported hearing a male and female screaming at a
residence on 4th Street. Officers contacted two subjects who are
just friends returning from a concert. A taxi was summoned to take one of the
subjects home.

The officer found a vehicle in
the parking lot with the rear window broken. It appeared the window had been
broken before and covered with plastic but the plastic was removed. Unknown if
it was caused by the weather or if someone reentered the vehicle. A business
card was left.

While on patrol, the officer
noticed several windows and doors at the location that had been spray painted
with graffiti, no suspects.
Trespass–4700 Blk 116th
ST SW
R/P reported that a male had been
excommunicated from another church and wanted to join theirs. They agreed with
the action of the other church and did not want him at their church either.
The male refused to leave, but agreed to do so after a
trespass letter was served on him.
