Jan. 24 Animal Complaint – 8900 blk 46th Pl. W. A resident requested contact because the garbage had not been picked up because of the weather and he was concerned about coyotes getting into the garbage.

Jan. 17 Theft – 4400 blk Chennault Beach Rd. Officers responded to the location for a theft complaint. The business mail box had been stolen. There was no suspect information.

Jan. 10 Found Property – 10500 blk 47th Pl. W. An officer met with a citizen who turned in a cell phone that was found at the 92nd Street Park. The battery was dead and no information could be obtained. It was booked into evidence as found property.

Jan. 3 Traffic Hazard – Mukilteo Ln. & Park Ave. An officer received a report of a tree across the roadway at the above location. The roadway was completely blocked. Public Works responded and cleared the roadway.

Dec. 27 Criminal Traffic – 9200 blk SR-525 An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. The driver was driving with a suspended license in the third degree. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Dec. 20 Noise Complaint – 5600 blk 95th Pl. S.W. Officer responded to an ongoing problem with the neighbor’s dog barking. Upon arrival, an officer heard the dog barking non-stop the entire time she was on scene. The case was forwarded to the prosecutor for charging.

Dec. 13 Vehicle Prowl – 400 blk 4th St. A resident reported that sometime during the previous night someone entered her vehicle. A backpack, battery charger and a KLB Construction laser were missing. There was no damage to the vehicle.

Dec. 6 Narcotics complaint –10800 blk Harbour Pointe Blvd. An officer was dispatched to the location for a narcotics complaint. Upon arrival it was determined that a subject had been caught smoking pot and was in possession of marijuana. The subject was cited and released.

Nov. 8 Vehicle Prowl – 4900 blk 100th Pl. S.W. An officer responded to the above address for a vehicle prowl that occurred overnight after 10 p.m. Upon arrival it was determined that nothing had been taken, there was no damage to the vehicle, and the vehicle had just been rummaged through.

Nov. 1 Assist to Fire –12300 blk H.P. Blvd. Officers responded to the above area for a report of a possible unconscious male on the ground and his dog nearby. The calling party reported that the male appeared to be breathing but was unresponsive. The officer located the male on the ground. He was very intoxicated and could not recall how he got to the location. He was transported to Swedish Hospital by private ambulance for a previous leg injury. His father responded and picked up his dog.

Oct. 18 Assist to Fire – 8900 blk 44th Ave. W. An officer responded to the above location for a report of an unconscious male. Upon arrival, the male was recovering. He was transported to Colby hospital by an ambuance.

Oct. 11 2 Car Injury Crash – 11500 blk SR-525 Vehicle 1 was behind Vehicle 2 northbound on SR-525 at the above location. Vehicle 1 passed Vehicle 2, lost control on wet pavement striking Vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 went out of control and left the roadway landing in a ditch. Driver 2 was transported to a hospital with back pain. Driver 1 was cited for negligent driving.

Sept. 13 Suspicious Circumstances – 4900 blk 81st Pl. S.W. A resident called to advise that there was a male at the above address climbing from the first floor balcony to the third floor unit. The subject was described as a white male with blond hair, purple shirt and black pants. Upon arrival, an officer located the above described subject in the listed apartment. The subject was identified as the resident of the apartment. He had locked himself out.
