Suspicious – 10800 block H. P. Blvd       

A party requested a phone call regarding a possible threats complaint.  She told the officer that the previous day, her daughter’s friend saw a

student with a knife.  She said the friend felt threatened.  Neither

the daughter nor the friend was available as they were in WASL

testing.  R/P said that she would call back after the testing was

complete.

 

Animal Complaint – 9900 block  50th Ave. W       

An anonymous caller reported possible animal neglect at the above

residence.  The officer found the dog was tied up, but not tangled.  The

dog had water available, was bright, alert and responsive.  The officer

determined that although the dog was not neglected, the owner should

provide shelter and left a note for the owner requesting contact.

 

 Hit & Run Collision -     8200 block SR 525           

A party reported that a white van backed into the building at about 0800

hours causing moderate damage to the building.

 

Welfare Check – 4400 block 75th St. SW       

A party reported that she was unable to reach her 16-year-old son at home. 

She was concerned because he has a history of asthma.  The officers

found that he had been sleeping.

 

Theft    - 500 block 6th St.           

A party reported that she never received her debit card in the mail and has

since found that it has been used.  She suspects her former caregiver. 

The case is under investigation.

 

Harassment – 12300 block  H. P. Blvd.        

A party reported that his ex-girlfriend was continually calling him and

would not stop.  The officer called her and told her to stop.

 

Traffic Complaint – H. P. Blvd. SW & SR 525   

A party requested a phone call regarding a road rage incident.  She

reported that a vehicle made a right turn on red and almost collided

with her vehicle.  The other driver then got out of his vehicle and

started to yell at her.  The plate given came back to Hertz Vehicles

LLC.

 

Traffic Complaint - WB SR 526           

SnoPac advised of a red Pontiac Firebird with chrome wheels was

traveling in excess of 100 MPH.  It was not located.

 

Neighbor Problem - 49 94th St. SW    

An officer responded to the above apartment for a harassment

complaint.  A party reported that she was having problems with her

neighbors swearing at her.  The officer explained her options.

Hit and Run Accident – 3800 block H. P. Blvd. SW   

The officers responded for a hit and run accident.  The reporting party said that

she was hit in the parking lot by a black pick-up and the driver did

not stop and identify himself.  The vehicle was registered out of

Greenbank and was not located.

 

Telephone Harassment – 8200 block  44th Ave. W           

A party reported that her daughter’s ex-boyfriend called her husband and

threatened to beat him up.  The officer spoke with the party by phone and

he agreed to meet with the officer tomorrow and discuss the incident. 

He also agreed not to beat the reporting party up or have any more contact with

him.

 

 Welfare Check – 4800 block  73rd Pl. SW           

A party requested that the officer check on her two-year-old daughter at

the above location.  Her daughter was visiting her father who did not

want to bring the daughter to her.  There was no parenting plan. 

The officer checked on the daughter, who appeared to be fine.

 

Information – 2600 block SR 525                   

Officers responded for a vehicle driving on the running track.  The

officers located the vehicle leaving the school.  The officers saw no

obvious damage to the track (but it was dark and covered in snow).  The

driver was cited for violating his intermediate license restrictions

and his father came and picked him up.

 

Assault 4 DV – 4300 block 130th Pl. SW           

A party reported that her son punched her in the face during an argument

and then left on foot.  An area check was made for the son and a

description of him was broadcast but he was not located.

Suspicious – 13400 block  Pacific Pt. Ln.           

A party reported that a male and female came to his front door.  The male

told him that he used to live in the house and asked to come in and

show the female around.  The party said that they were now watching the

house.  The male and female left before officers arrived.

 

 Possible DUI – 11800 block SR 525               

The manager reported that a white Toyota SW tried to go the wrong way

through the drive thru and she thought the driver was DUI.  The vehicle

left southbound on SR 525 and was not located.

 

DUI – 9200 block  48th Ave. W                   

While on patrol, an officer observed a white Escalade in a ditch at

the location.  A male was walking away.  The male, identified, was also

the registered owner of the Escalade.  He appeared intoxicated,

admitted to driving the Escalade, failed FSTs, was arrested and blew a

.xxx and a .xxx on the BAC.

 

Malicious Mischief – 10500 block  47th Pl. W           

A party came to the PD to report that juveniles in a white SUV threw

snowballs at him while he was jogging on Harbour Pointe BL.  Just prior

to this report, a newspaper delivery person reported to the officer his

vehicle being egged by juveniles in a white SUV near the 8400 block of

SR525.  No damage or injury.  The officer checked for the vehicle with

negative results.

Information – 11100 block Chennault Beach Rd.        

A party called from Canada and requested that officers check her apartment.

She said that she thought her ex-husband might try to break in while

she is gone.  The officers checked her apartment and it was secure. 

She requested an extra watch.

 

Suspicious – 8400 block SR 525                   

Officers responded to a suspicious white van in the parking lot. 

According to the complainant, the driver was parked near her house and

when she went to talk to him, he drove off and she followed him to the

location.   The driver said that he stopped to urinate.

 

Noise Complaint – 12300 block  H. P. Blvd.        

Officers responded to the above unit for a loud party.  While

breaking up the party the officers discovered some marijuana and a

pipe.  These items were taken and booked into evidence for destruction.

 

Warrant Service – 2nd St./SR 525           

An officer contacted a walker at the location.  She was identified.  A

check on her for warrants revealed an outstanding $1500 warrant for

possession of drug paraphernalia out of Everett SO.  The warrant was

confirmed and she was booked into the county jail.

 

Agency Assist – 8700 block  46th Pl. W               

Everett PD asked officers to check the above location for a female. 

She is missing and they thought she might be at the location.  The

officers checked the location and she was not there.

Court Order Violation – 9800 block Marine View Dr.           

A party reported an ongoing problem with being harassed over the telephone

by her ex-boyfriend.  The calls were in violation of a court order. 

The incident is under investigation.

 

Verbal DV – 4300 block 130th Pl. SW                       

Officers were dispatched to report of a juvenile male arguing with

his father out in the street.  The argument did not become physical. 

The juvenile male was transported to a safe house for the night.

 

Vehicle Theft/Recovery – 12300 block H.P. Blvd.               

While on patrol, officers located a red Honda Civic parked in a visitor

parking space.  The vehicle ignition was damaged and portions of the

plastic console where lying on the floorboard.  Officers contacted the

owner and determined the vehicle was an unreported stolen.  It appeared

the suspects used a shaved key found on the ground to enter the

vehicle. 

 

Welfare Check – 11700 block SR 525                       

A female called from a payphone to report that her husband was missing

from his place of work.  The husband was the passenger in a vehicle a

second officer had stopped for a traffic violation.  He agreed to go

meet her after the traffic stop.

 

Suspicious    - 12100 block Harbour Reach Dr.       

A party reported a basketball was on the side of the road near a wooded

area.  He said it looked suspicious.  It was not located.

Runaway – 5000 block  84th St. SW                       

A party reported that her fourteen-year-old daughter attempted to run away.

She was taken to DYC/CRC for the night.

 

Found Property/Follow-Up – 11100 block  56th Pl. W           

A party reported finding a digital compass on the ground next to where his

vehicle had been stolen last night.  The item was booked as found

property at the PD.

 

Trespass – 11700 block  Harbour Reach Dr.                   

An officer contacted two subjects in a vehicle who were driving it

off-road in a construction area when it became stuck.  The subjects

were identified.  It did not appear there was any damage to the

property and a friend pulled the vehicle out.  They were warned for

trespassing and advised they would be re-contacted if the owner of the

property determined there was any damage.

 

Attempted Vehicle Theft – 5300 block  H.P. Blvd.               

A party reported her vehicle was entered and miscellaneous items were

stolen.  There was also extensive damage to the steering

column/ignition.  The incident likely occurred last night.

 

Theft – 700 block 2nd St.                               

A party reported that a male left without paying for his meal.  The male

left in a gold Ford Ranger.  Officers located the vehicle and the

driver was identified.  He was cited for the theft.

 

 Public Assist – 4500 block H.P. Blvd.                       

A party called to report harassing phone calls.  It was determined to be

one of her friends making prank phone calls.

 

Civil Problem – 8500 block SR 525                       

A party reported she was being harassed by another guest.   It was

determined there had been no crime.  She also had questions about a

court order.  Officers answered her questions and assisted her in

making lodging arrangements at the hotel.

 

Suspicious – 5000 block  H. P. Blvd.       

An anonymous caller reported that about an hour and 15 minutes prior to

calling 911, she observed a “Hispanic looking male in his fifties,

walking back and forth around the schools.”  She said she was

“concerned for the kids’ safety.”  He was not located.

 

Suspicious – 11700 block SR 525           

Officers responded for a shoplift that had just occurred.  The employee reported that two males had stolen beer and the manager and assistant manager were chasing them.  Upon arrival, the manager said that the males had been acting suspicious in the beer isle but he was

unsure if anything had been taken.  The males were not located.

 

Juvenile Problem - 123xx H. P. Blvd.       

The principal reported finding empty alcohol bottles and a home lockbox

behind the school.  She requested extra patrol.

 

Welfare Check – 10500 block 47th Pl. W                   

A juvenile male came to the PD to report that his friend might be

suicidal.  An officer spoke with the friend and his mother and

determined he was not suicidal.

 

Collision – 12100 block SR 525                           

A tire fell off a vehicle heading south on SR 525 and struck a vehicle

heading north.  A passenger in the second vehicle sustained minor

injuries.

 

Assault 4 DV – 5100 block  81st Pl. SW                       

Officers were dispatched to a report of an aid call for a female with a

possible fractured wrist.  It was determined to be a domestic violence

situation in which the extremely intoxicated female assaulted him by

scratching and hitting his face.  She then fell backwards over a coffee

table, fracturing her wrist.  The hospital determined she was not fit

for booking into the jail.

 

Assault 4 DV – 11100 block Chennault Beach Rd.            

Officers were dispatched to a disturbance between a male and his wife.

The male was intoxicated and grabbed/pushed his wife during an

argument.  She sustained minor pain/injuries.  He was arrested and

booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Theft 2 – 8400 block SR 525                   

An officer responded and spoke with the reporting party.  While her credit card

was on the counter at the restaurant, an unknown person stole it.  It

was used at a nearby business a short time later.  The manager said

that he probably has video of the suspect(s) using the card, case under

investigation.

 

Harassment – 53xx  H.P. Blvd            

A party reported that her ex-daughter in-law has been calling her.  The ex

threatened to keep the reporting party’s grandson from her. The party reported that the

ex does not have custody of her son anymore so she did not take the

threat seriously and decided to change her phone number.

 

Suspicious Vehicle – 1100 block  19th St.           

Officers responded to the location for a vehicle parked at the end of

the cul-de-sac.  The complainant thought the occupants were using

drugs.  The occupants were having sex, not using drugs.  They were warned.

 Malicious Mischief – Chennault Beach/Harbour Pt. Blvd     

An officer responded to the station to meet the reporting party about

rocks thrown at his vehicle’s window as he drove though the area.

 

Public Assist – 5200 block  84th Street SW            

A party requested a phone call because his plumber lost his credit card

and he wanted advice.  The officer recommended that he cancel the card.

 

Suspicious – 12300 block  H. P. Blvd.            

While on patrol, officers stopped to talk with two individuals walking

through the complex.  One of them ran off and the other would not

initially identify himself.  Officers saturated the area and the second

individual finally re-contacted officers and identified himself.  He

has an extensive history for PSP, burglary and vehicle theft.  The

individual that ran off was not located.  He was eventually picked up

by a third individual.

 

Assault 4DV/VUCSA – 4400 block 75th St. SW       

Officers responded to the location for a physical domestic.  Upon

arrival, it was determined that a male punched his dad in the face

during an argument.  Officers also located four marijuana seedlings and

a small grow set-up inside the son’s closet.  The son was booked into

the Denny  Youth  Center.

 

Suspicious Vehicle – 12300 block H. P. Blvd.        

Officers responded to the location for an individual sitting in a white

Pontiac Grand Am.  According to a security officer, he was also using a

shaved key in the vehicle.  He identified himself and said the vehicle

belonged to his girl friend’s aunt.  Officers were unable to locate the

R/O for verification that he should have it.  It was not reported as
